Friendly staff Location very close to main plaza

In city center and welcoming.

My wife and I stayed here on our journey to Machu Pichu. The whole experience was just excellent. The place was beautiful, safe, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and always ready and willing to help us in anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Very close to everything you need. Very clean and nice people.

Breakfast was very limited, did offer cook to order eggs but not much else. Entire hotel is open air except for rooms so was extremely cold at night. Only heat was a small oil heater in room. It barely warmed the room. At least bed was comfortable and had plenty of cover. Had warm water (couldn’t call it hot). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel listing did not correctly describe the place. Was definitely not what I was expecting. I would not describe it as 3star! More like a 1 if that much.

The staff is really nice and amazing, they make your stay feel like you’re at home. The property is very old with poor maintenance but it’s very well located, steps from the main square and you can walk everywhere. It’s good for a quick stay.

A localização do hotel, bem na Praça Central de Cusco, é seu grande ponto forte. Ficar no coração da cidade permite fácil acesso a restaurantes, lojas e atrações históricas, além de proporcionar uma experiência imersiva na cultura local. A proximidade com pontos turísticos importantes tornam a estada ainda mais especial. Porém, alguns aspectos poderiam ser melhorados. O café da manhã é insosso e com poucas opções, o que pode decepcionar quem gosta de começar o dia com mais variedade. O chão de madeira do quarto é barulhento, o que pode incomodar quem tem sono leve. Além disso, o chuveiro não esquenta adequadamente, tornando o banho desconfortável, especialmente considerando o clima frio de Cusco. Outro ponto negativo é o horário do checkout, que acontece muito cedo, às 10h da manhã, deixando pouco tempo para uma saída mais tranquila. No geral, a excelente localização compensa algumas falhas, mas com pequenos ajustes o hotel poderia oferecer uma experiência muito mais confortável.
