從入住開始到退房共四天三夜，wifi一直是壞的，無法使用，這對出外旅行但又有商務需要處理的人造成非常大的不便，飯店人員只推託說壞了，已找人修理，但一直沒有下文，自己買的sim卡在飯店又收訊不良，實在是非常另人失望的飯店；另外，飯店的清潔人員清潔非常草率，連沐浴乳沒有了都不補充，清潔人員的服務另人失望。

Reception was incredibly kind and made sure we were happy during check in. Room is nice, bathroom was pretty good. It's not the newest hotel out there, but it's very decent and well priced. Parking is free outside (when available) and paid in the basement.

The whole stay was fantastique. Le Brit Lodge is clean. The breakfast is excellent. The staff were so helpful. We travelled as a group of four with two travellers in Wheelchairs. This hotel is ideal for travellers with mobility issues. Tram stop outside the hotel gets you directly into Strasbourg Christmas Market in less than 15 minutes. I cant speak highly enough about this choice of hotel.

Calme et chambre confortable

Hotel molto carino, curato nei particolari e piacevole da “vivere”. La stanza non è grandissima, ma comunque pulita e abbastanza confortevole (peccato le prese sotto ai comodini, difficilissime da raggiungere). Bagno molto bello e pulito; colazione di buona qualità, un po’ più di scelta (soprattutto sulla frutta) non guasterebbe.

Staff was very helpful, no menu options for dinner, breakfast was good the shower facility was not for tall or handicapped people (not enough grab bars, the shower head was on a sliding bar that was too short for a tall person).

Tram to city center stops around the corner. Hotel has a small bar, breakfast area and friendly English speaking staff. Stayed there for 5 days for work and pleasure.

Chambre très confortable mais le canapé lit grince très fort. Le restaurant était fermé en août donc pas d’avis.

J’ai vraiment passé un tres bon séjour dans cet hôtel: très bon accueil!!! Les personnes qui travaillent dans cet hôtel sont vraiment bienveillante.

Hotels has misleading information on ved and room types. There is nothing like a king size bed in this hotel and the superior room has a small dpuble bed. Not big one. Nor does the suite. There are 2 types of twin rooms also and they have different sizes. I paid for a superior room and had to be in a smaller and cheaper twin room due to all this misinformation. It's very disappointing

Très belle expérience, propreté impeccable, accueil parfait, le personnel est très à l'écoute, souriant et aux petits soins. La chambre très au calme et le lit très confortable. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
