这家酒店无论服务态度和房间都是非常优秀的，进酒店有人回帮你主动开门，刚刚入住还有免费的欢迎水果，房间采光非常好，视野一流，用的洗漱用品和寝具都是一流的牌子，因为是冬天的气候入住，所以没有试过泳池，早饭可能法国人和英国人比较多，很多都是面包。也许能有很多的选择更好

酒店位置不错，设施比较旧，房间隔音不太好。早餐种类不多。餐厅服务员工作态度马虎。离开酒店那天去餐厅用早餐，规定7点开始，可是按点到达餐厅仍没有食物。由于赶时间去机场，于是只想要一杯热茶，可是招呼了服务员4次，最终都没有喝到一杯热茶。

酒店设施高级，被子舒服，早餐丰富。性价比正常。热水更烫一些更好。房间网络有时略差。

Super Hôtel, magnifique. Le buffet au petit déjeuner été excellent !

Disliked - the pool was a bird bath. 20/30 pigeons used it as a bath every morning. I would not like to swim in that! Liked - staff were very attentive, expecially the breakfast team. They were excellent.

A brilliant stay with the family. The hotel provided a great breakfast. The hotel had two small swimming pools and a spa onsite. The hotel was in a good location, walkable to local restaurants. Taxis available outside the hotel. The hotel planned two day trips for us which we enjoyed. Staff were welcoming and always willing to help.

Spa was wonderful. Staff were very nice. Very pleased with my stay.

Room a lovely size and clean. Reception staff really miserable and unhelpful but the staff on the rooftop bar made up for it!

Adoramos o hotel. Confortável, bem localizado, limpo e com um Staff muito gentil e solicito. O rooftop é excelente e a comida super saborosa.

Belle chambre (suite prestige) avec vue dégagée sur le tennis club Marrakech. Chambre propre, bien équipée, confort, bonne literie. 2 piscines dans l’hôtel : une au rée de chaussée sans réel intérêt car presque jamais de soleil et attenante au restaurant de l’hôtel donc pas d’intimité. L’autre en Rooftop: gorgée de soleil mais très petite, 8 transats seulement, et à côté du bar qui met de la musique fort toute la journée. Pas de repos. Nous étions au 5eme étage et entendions les basses de la musique du bar de l’hôtel qui reste ouvert jusqu’à tard. Le personnel est sympa et serviable en général. Bon emplacement

Tenian pocas amenidades, el cafe nunca me pusieron capsulas. Las calles de al rededor estan sucias, mal olor y mucho ruido que las ventanas no es suficiente y es molesto

We had a great time at this hotel. It was convenient and right across the street from the Marrakesh tennis club. We felt very safe and the front desk people helped us get a driver to take us to the Medina. A very accommodating hotel indeed. It was comfortable and the food was decent

Very good hotel both room and beeakfast

Bon accueil, emplacement très pratique pour rayonner sur Marrakech. Le quartier est calme sans être éloigné du très animé quartier Guéliz et de celui de l’Hivernage. Nous avons visité la plupart des sites à pieds (Jardin de Majorelle, Place Jamaa el Fna, Palais de Bahia, Guéliz, jardin de la Ménara, etc.). C’est un hôtel à taille humaine dans lequel on se sent proche du personnel qui a été très attentif à nos besoins. Le restaurant attenant est qualitatif à des prix raisonnables. Le roof top est idéal pour chiller.

Tivemos uma estadia incrível. Estava apreensiva com a decisão de ficar “fora “ da Medina, mas nosso tipo de viajante foi a melhor decisão. O hotel tem uma excelente localizai, sendo possível caminhar até a Medina (15 min em caminhada !) e está ao lado de excelentes restaurantes. O hotel é lindo e formos surpreendidos com o restaurante é rooftop agradalissimo do hotel. O spa é muito elegante e tem banhos tradicionais com preço similar aos da Medina . Para quem curte beber cerveja/ drinks, o hotel é autorizado a vender bebida , sendo um dos poucos locais que vimos em 9 dias no Marrocos! Foi uma excelente escolha e não tenho nenhuma queixa !
