I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Good location close to main station. Breakfast was good value & hotel was clean. Staff were helpful & friendly. Room was a little small.

This was already small double room which when third bed is pulled down becomes impossibly small. Literally no space between beds and about 40 cm around them. Also it was not possible to cool the room down. Aircon was doing its own thing regardless of setting. But it was very clean and breakfast was better than your usual Ibis budget.

Stayed at this Ibis before. Its convenient fir travel & walking to the centre, and clean rooms & friendly staff.

Got what I expected for the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was small but clean and not cold at all

Very unhappy. The website says free offsite parking. But there isn’t any. They have a ramp but that isn’t free either and there are only 25 spots so good luck getting one. I ended up having to pay an additional $100 USD to park my car. I never would have picked this place if I knew. Also, the site says that A/C is available. It was at least 80 the entire time with the A/C on full blast. You can open the window but then you get all of the street noise and it is right on a major road so it is very noisy with the windows open. Says reception is available 24/7. Again that is not true. Between 9pm and 7am there is no one.

Small room but very clean and bed was comfortable. Access to the hotel after hours (19:00) was through the Ibis Styles hotel next door. Great location close to the T1/2 Tramway.

This is a very basic hotel, as the name suggests. The rooms are small, but it has what you need if you're there for a short stay. It's on a very noisy street, but the windows are very well soundproofed, so the noise will not bother you at night.

You get what you pay for. Ok for one nights sleep but no more

Staff extremely helpful and friendly from check-in to check out-the cups of ice were much appreciated in the heat! Location was an easy walk from Gare Perrache and the nearby area had plenty of restaurants, shops and you can take the Vaporetto to the old town from nearby. My room was clean, had the basics necessary and was a decent size. The river view was a nice, unexpected bonus and the breakfast included was a good way to start the day. This Ibis exceeded my expectations on all fronts. Recommended!

Room is very small, staff is nice, ok budget hotel

I booked a night at Ibis budget (**) but the good news is that they share the services with Ibis style (***) which was in the same building. Very professional staff at the reception who exposed city highlights and transportation options to the airport. Also I left my luggage at the luggage room for the whole day, it was very convenient. I recommend

The room (621) is just above a jail cell. VERY bare, paint-chipped, bathroom fixtures falling off the walls, very depressing room. I would never stay here again. The lobby and staff were pleasant though.

Nice hotel and friendly staffe. Can’t beat ibis budget for its price, confort and location.
