Very bad condition, mold, no hot water. Not safe location as well.

My stay was OK OK types, because of room service and no cleanliness in rooms my mood get spoilt because hotel rooms in Internet was excellent but practical it's not.

Extremely disappointed. only positive point was its closeness to sea beach. Cannot be recommended. Actually i reached to this place because no option left. Calangute residency which is near this property is much better.

The staff was very welcoming and so hospitable. They were so kind, and even brought us breakfast every morning! The hotel is very close to the beach and shops.
