We arrived 2 hours too early, but that wasnt a problem. We were greeted with a cold mocktail and could check in immediately. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Room was very clean, modern and spacious. Kitchen was perfectly equiped. We had an amazing view of the see and mountainbikers (not every room has this). Amazing accommodation with 2 pools, enough beds and every pool has a great bar. We did eat once at the buffet, which has a good selection of food, good quality and friendly service. They can cater glutenfree, also for celiacs, just make sure to explicitely communicatie this so you’ll get food fresh from the kitchen. Theres enough space if you have little kids. Theres enough space if you want more privacy (from screaming kids). Would definetely recommend this place!! 9,5/10.

We enjoyed our stay at Village Heights Resort. The staff were amazing and looked after us well. The food was great, with plenty of choice to choose from, including the variety of restaurants they have. Rooms were of good size and were cleaned daily. Only downside was the bathrooms could be modernised. Good views of the sea. The free shuttle bus from the hotel to the centre of Hersonissos was very helpful. The hotel also had lots of entertainment on offer, particularly the Cretan Night, where they had live music and a dancing show. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to relax and be away from the centre of it all.

We enjoys the property and the proximity to the airport. The resort was 5 minute drive to several restaurants off property. The small town near property was cute and had several restaurants and places for drinks. We would stay again.

This place is honestly amazing. Every member of staff is helpful and friendly. I stayed with my friends wedding party and we all had an amazing time. They took amazing care of all of us. Would love to come back and stay longer to experience everything they have. Thank you!

My stay was amazing first time travelling to a resort like this solo and was incredibly relaxing the room was amazing and the view was brilliant. The bar staff were incredible and really made the evenings memorable the food an entertainment was brilliant. Loved the a la carte options and the view from the upstairs restaurant was amazing at sunset. Overall would 100% stay here again.

Very nice hotel environment within olive & pomegranate trees.

This was a lovely place to visit but we felt it could be so much more with a little investment. The two pools were rather crowded and the hotel should make one adult only which would enhance the experience. You must have a car to get around as it’s a little out of the way. The accommodation is good and spacious and we found the staff really lovely. One last little gripe was the speed that some of the staff drive golf buggies around the paths and annoyingly never offer to give you a lift which we found strange, that said we were comparing it to Dubai where the staff that drive buggies always offer to give you a lift. I’m just lazy :-)

This resort is so beautiful! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was truly magical! The staff is so friendly and the food was amazing! We are already planning on coming back for many years to come!

Wir hatten als Familie eine kleine Wohnung mit Küche. Das war super und wir waren flexibel mit Halbpension. Das Essen hat uns geschmeckt und es hat eine gute Auswahl gegeben. In unserem Zimmer hatten wir alles was wir brauchten. Die Unterkunft ist etwas älter aber sauber. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Babybett und der Babyhochstuhl bereits in unserem Zimmer. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine grosse Terasse mit Liegestühlen und Meerblick. Zum Meer fährt täglich mehrmals ein Shuttlebus diesen haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir ein Mietauto hatten (würde ich auch empfehlen). Der Pool war uns zu kalt. Der Indoorpool ist sehr klein und nur für Erwachsene. Wer in die Sauna möchte muss diese vorgängig reservieren, nue als Info. Die Minigolfamlage haben wir fast täglich mit unserem kleinen Sohn genutzt. Mein Mann hat auch Tennis ausprobiert und es hat ihm Spass gemacht. Die Hauseigenen Katzen sind friedlich und unserem Sohn hat es gefallen. Der Spielplatz war toll. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön mit vielfältigen Pflanzen und sehr sauber gehalten. Wunderschön. Es gibt einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschiene, Tumbler und Waschmittel. Man kann bei der Reception reservieren und erhält einen Schlüssel für drei Stunden zugang zum Waschraum (Kosten 10€). Wir durften auf Nachfrage kostenlos eine Stunde später auschecken, danke! Das Personal war immer freundlich und alle sehr kinderlieb! Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und als Familie Willkommen!

Wir haben 10 Tage im Village Heights verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Das Personal ist unfassbar freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem waren wir sehr positiv von der Familienfreundlichkeit beeindruckt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren für eine Woche im Familienurlaub dort und alle waren absolut zufrieden. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, eine super schöne Anlage, ein großzügiges Apartment, sehr sauber, schöne Pools und gutes Essen, machten die Woche für uns perfekt! Vielen Dank dafür.

We found Rodies restaurant on our last night. Wish we had went there more as the food was excellent. A must for people who like to BBQ.

Kamers zijn iets aan de oudere kant toe maar zeer ruim en proper, resort is groot! Leuke eet opties met de a la carte restaurant, enkel spijtig dat als je all-in neemt er nog veel is waarvoor je moet bij betalen. Als activiteiten, heel leuke mogelijkheden en zeer gemakkelijk met de app

Beautiful surroundings, friendly and professional staff, and delicious food. The local cats were a wonderful surprise and also super friendly. There were numerous activites at the resort and a convenient bus to the beach area. Beach Comber at Stallis beach was beautiful, relatively quiet, served excellent cocktails and amazing food. My only critics of Village Heights were: 1. What is/is not included in half board is not well explained at time of booking - I only found out this information on day 2. 2. The power cut out multiple times daily. Only for a few seconds, so it never caused an issue, but it was slightly worrying. 3. The sign at the cats feeding station states they are neutered, but they are not; kittens ahoy!
