They made us wait for over 30 minutes in the reception area while preparing our room despite that I have called earlier regarding our reservation. My kids were already shivering with cold before the towels arrived. They only gave us 2 towels at first then at night when were already sleeping, an attendant knocked and gave us 2 more. I had to ask for a rug so our floors won't be drenched as we go back to our rooms from the pool. I expect that they should have provided us with that without me asking. I have repeatedly asked for glasses that we can use for drinking but nothing was given until check out time.

The location is far from the city proper. You need to take a taxi every in and out of the hotel. Place is ok.
