Nothing much but staff was not helpful

Service was good. But checkout was troublesome. Though the payment had been made in full, the hotel front desk said that they had not got the payment. I wrote to expedia and the hotel regarding this and I didn't receive any reply.

Everything was good except the bed. It was not at all comfortable.

The person at the front desk was excellent. He was very courteous and exceptionally professional. If I go to Goa again this will be my hotel of choice!

The location is away from the heart of Margoa, a quick 200 Rupee tuktuk ride (or 400 by taxi if you ask the desk to arrange). it is nice and quiet. We did not have an opportunity to try the restaurant, but saw that the tables were nicely set. We had concerns about security though: our balcony doors did not actually lock as the barrel latches did not properly engage. We used our own wire and lock to secure the two balcony door handles. Also, because on arrival the sheets were stained and their was a tear in the bottom sheet, we asked to have them changed, and this was promptly done.

The rooms are not sound proof. Doors are banged shut and do not have a soft shutting mechanism. Loud voices awakened us abruptly in the mornings.

OVER ALL IT IS GOOD FOR RELAXING FOOD QUALITY BAD THAT IS WHY WE ONLY ORDER BREAKFAST IN THE ROOM WE NEVER USED THE FREE BUFFET WHICH WAS PART OF ARE PACKAGE.THE QUALITY OF TEA VERY BAD EVEN THE EGGS WHAT WE ORDER THEN WE STOP ORDERING EVENING EGG IN THE ROOM. REST THE LINEN QUALITY VERY POOR.

Excellent hotel in residential area of Margoa. Desk staff very helpful in booking taxis etc. Hotel had 2 restaurants. Rooms and hotel generally very clean. Could not fault it.
