We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Wrocław for two nights during our family trip to Europe, and it was one of the most comfortable and memorable hotels of our journey. The room was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable, allowing all of us to rest well after long days of travel. Housekeeping was excellent, and everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The staff truly made our stay special. From check-in to check-out, everyone was warm, polite, and helpful. They were always ready to assist us with a smile, which made us feel very welcome. One of the biggest highlights was the breakfast. In addition to a wide variety of Western dishes, there were also Korean-style options such as rice and kimchi. Being able to enjoy familiar food while traveling in Europe was a wonderful surprise and made our mornings even better, especially for our family. The hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and heartfelt service. If we return to Wrocław, this will definitely be our first choice again. Highly recommended.

There was hair in the towels and bottles of shampoo in shower was empty. Not what I was expecting from a Hotel like this

A fabulous quality hotel. Large room with the most comfortable bed - small fridge, room safe, large bathroom with a bath! Breakfast selection was amazing and the staff were incredibly efficient and friendly. Swimming pool was not open at the start of our stay but when it was I used it everyday - fantastic amenity. The hotel gym was small but perfect for our use. All in all a fabulous week - thank you.
