近火車站，近巴士站乘搭2號巴士可到達威尼斯巴士站，交通方便，隣近地方較靜，近超級市場，但超級市場晚上八時關門，在威尼斯回酒店已趕不及到超市購物。

Good decoration, good location, good breakfast

It is a very lovely and cozy hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. My mom and me love our room and the cafe. It is not big but quite and very lovely. We love this hotel very much. I will still stay at this hotel again when i visit Venice next time.

We stayed only one night but we would absolutely stay there again. It was less than a 10-minute walk from the train station. The gentleman working the front desk (I think 24 hours!) was incredibly helpful upon arrival, checking out and arranging a ride for us to the airport. He’s a model of customer service! The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great.

Wir haben uns im Chiara Lodge sehr wohl gefüllt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und waren sehr sauber. Das Frühstück sehr gut. Es fehlte nichts. Alle waren sehr nett. Für mich war die Matratze vom Bett zu hart. Das empfindet aber jeder anders. Der Bahnhof um nach Venedig zu fahren ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Chiara Lodge nur weiterempfehlen.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at Chiara Lodge was truly delightful. This family-owned lodge exudes warmth and genuine hospitality, creating an atmosphere that immediately feels like home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a restful retreat after a day of travel. The restroom is very clean and full of necessities. We went as a group of 3 and we are not small people (lol) but we stayed comfortably in the room. Breakfast was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared, showcasing the care and attention given to every guest experience. They also have another place in Venice and we went there for lunch and the owner also provided great hospitality. We were so appreciative. We wholeheartedly recommend Chiara Lodge to anyone seeking comfort, charm, and outstanding service. About 5 mins walk to bus station and the train station…we will definitely return! Thank you.

The air conditioning didn't work. It was very hot. The shower was way too small to be able to get clean. It was only 2 foot by 2 foot. So all you could do is stand straight up in down in it. You could not wash your legs or arms because there was no room to move. They did not provide wash clothes. There was a very small bottle of something, but no way to tell if it was shampoo, body wash, or what??? So you have to bring your own toiletries for everything and your own wash cloth. The bed was hard. Only one flat pillow provided per person. Very uncomfortable and hard to sleep.

Wow, bien situé, approximativement 8 minutes de la gare pour se rendre à Venise, un excellent service. Il parle 5 langues, un bon petit déjeuner, c'est super propre. Il a été accommodant pour notre arrivée un peu plus tôt pour déposé nos valises, il les a monté dans nos chambres. Ils ont appelé quelqu'un pour notre retour à l 'aéroport. Je recommanderais sans hésité.

Very cozy and unique place. Host was super friendly and helpful always making sure we were ok. Breakfast was great and complete. I would definitely recommend this place. It is is like 5 mins away from the train station.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chiara lodge. The place was cute and well set up. The staff was super accommodating, even though we were traveling with some grumpy seniors. Breakfast was tasty. If you have mobility issues, you need to request one of the ground floor rooms ahead of time. There is no elevator. The location is about a 5 minute walk to the main train station. You can easily grab a train to Venice, which leaves every few minutes. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby and convenience stores to grab last-minute items. On my previous visits, I have stayed in Venice, but due to the mobility issues of some of our fellow travelers, I picked a place that would be more accommodating outside the city proper. However, from now on I think we will stay in Mestre at Chiara Lodge. Its super fast to get into Venice, you get a better room like Chiara, and its much more affordable.

Staff were super helpful and went out of their way to accomodate our last minute change requests. Breakfast was excellent and room comfortable and air conditioned in a very hot and sticky Venice! Thanks so much guys!!!
