這是我們在溫哥華島住到最棒的地方! 飯店的設計跟房間擺設、床鋪跟備品都很不錯。裡面的員工人也都很熱心，早餐非常好吃，老闆ROSS人也很好! 從飯店到湖邊很近也有平台跟舒適的椅子可以賞湖，這次比較可惜是來不及吃到他們餐廳的晚餐，有機會要去試試看! 交通位置就在高速公路主要幹道，所以也滿方便的! Best hotel in Vancouver island! We take a long distance and tiring flight from Taiwan to YVR. And it's such a pleasure to stay in this hotel for two nights. The cozy room did comfort our jet lag. I like the ambience and the design of the hotel . The bed is really soft and comfortable. Supreme shampoo and shower gel provided by the resorts are also quite amazing. Breakfast is also wonderful with handmade coffee and bread. And all the stuff of the resorts are nice and helpful. Special thanks to Ross for his kindness and wait for us for the first night. His great management of the resorts is also respectful and impressing.

Nice place

Very nice room with a balcony that overlooks a lake. We got to watch some busy beavers near shore. That was a very nice surprise. On the downside... very limited front desk support, no ice, restaurant was closed and the little atore/café across the street had short hours.

Excellent location, great room and beautiful view — all without having any human contact. We have self check in/out.

Amazing stay as always and perfectly located to everything backcountry. Love it here!

Parking and clean

Good hotel, however not a resort. Excellent rooms and helpful staff. Nice to have 2 kayaks and 1 canoe, however with broken or missing paddles. Which resort has no working restaurant on site? Staff comes in only for 2 hrs a day. God forbid you need anything from the staff outside those hours, good luck with the "emergency" phone number.

While no on site staff before July summer season the email info sent to self register was helpful. Room clean & complete. View of lake from balcony good with mountain view better than average. Only real disappointment was the lounge/restaurant was not open during our stay. However would return but in summer when full service available

Parking was smooth

Wish could stay longer. Canoeing excellent! Beautiful place. Sunny and warm in Spring! Owner or manager or reception so friendly. Would recommend!

Everything about this place was 5 star. Very clean, orderly, friendly, modern, on the water etc.

Beautifully appointed room with wonderful lake view. Unfortunately the on site restaurant was still closed for the season. Management left a list of recommended restaurants in Port Alberni which was helpful.
