這是我們在溫哥華島住到最棒的地方! 飯店的設計跟房間擺設、床鋪跟備品都很不錯。裡面的員工人也都很熱心，早餐非常好吃，老闆ROSS人也很好! 從飯店到湖邊很近也有平台跟舒適的椅子可以賞湖，這次比較可惜是來不及吃到他們餐廳的晚餐，有機會要去試試看! 交通位置就在高速公路主要幹道，所以也滿方便的! Best hotel in Vancouver island! We take a long distance and tiring flight from Taiwan to YVR. And it's such a pleasure to stay in this hotel for two nights. The cozy room did comfort our jet lag. I like the ambience and the design of the hotel . The bed is really soft and comfortable. Supreme shampoo and shower gel provided by the resorts are also quite amazing. Breakfast is also wonderful with handmade coffee and bread. And all the stuff of the resorts are nice and helpful. Special thanks to Ross for his kindness and wait for us for the first night. His great management of the resorts is also respectful and impressing.

It’s a beautiful place on sproat lake. It’s quiet and clean and it has a well liked restaurant during summer months. There is also a place for snacks, coffee and sandwiches.

Currently there are no amenities available until the summer season. The Drinkwaters Lounge/Restaurant is closed until the summer season. Meals are available at many restaurants in Port Alberni 18 km east of the hotel, This should be highlighted and pointed out to guests during the booking. If you arrive late at night, hungry and tired, you may be SOL. When you get to your room, you'll forget you're hungry and tired and enjoy the large room with beautiful view of Sproat Lake. I would suggest that the rooms to be allocated during the off-season be supplied with cold breakfast items for use by the occupants.

The rooms were very clean, staff that was on from 4 to 6 was very friendly. I didn’t realize it was so far out from Port Alberni and there was no restaurants around. It would’ve been nice if there was a kitchenette that so you could actually cook breakfast or lunch as there’s no stores or restaurants nearby. There was a store across the street but but very expensive and then again you could buy minimal groceries, but you have nothing to cook with at sprout Lake Landing resort

The lake was very scenic and peaceful.

The setting is very quiet and beautiful; we had a fabulous view over the lake. T room represented a great harmony of natural colors and textures; the bed was superb, we slept like logs. Impeccably clean and spacious. Would definitely return. The self check-in system was well explained and worked but still gets a little getting used to. We would definitely return; will be our first choice when returning to the Port Alberni area.

We enjoyed the stay a lot! The room we had is modern-looking, clean and has an amazing view. The AC functions well. The self check-in instructions were easy to follow. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant and kayak rental as they were not yet open for the season, but we would love to do so next time we return to the area.

Parking was easy. When we stayed resort was not open and fully operational so getting instructions for entrance was a bit of a challenge but once received it was fine. Expedia does not give resort our email address which would have helped.

Due to it being off season there were no staff available which is new to us. However, email instructions were satisfactory. Some road traffic noise. The room was fine. Only one robe available. Not a huge deal, but would be expected given the hype. Not as spa like as I was expecting, but having said that, it’s better than hotels within Port Alberni.

Room was clean and set up so nice and homey. The view was amazing. Definitely would stay again.

The restaurant hasn’t opened yet this spring. Coffee and breakfast sandwiches were available at Dellas across the road, but other restaurants were 15 km away . The king bed was very comfortable , but quite haphazardly made , the bottom sheet wasn’t tucked in. We slept the first night on the mattress cover. The room was spacious and well appointed. We stay in hotels frequently, usually after a 6-8 hour drive. My pet peeve ..why do hotels frequently have only one easy chair in a room for 2?

Everything went according to plan with our stay! We had to check-in on our own with a code and it was very simple. We had easy to follow instructions and there were even pictures to see that were sent via email.

Peaceful location, and right on the water. Rooms were absolutely lovely, had a great sleep.
