I had really good time there. Great service and breakfast was great.

Very good. Pelayanannya sangat baik stafnya helpful kebersihannya sngat baik. Ramah banget semia staffnya.

Overall the whole experience was okay. But I would like to point out 3 things that are not satisfying. First was the check in process, understand it was busy during weekend but there was no proper line for check in and there was no one offering any info or help. I was standing in the middle and had to approach a few staff to get the info. Secondly, I was informed that I had to wait 2-3 hours for my room to be ready while I was checking in around 3pm which is the hotel standard check in time. However, the staffs did explained on this and kept apologizing. Lastly, when I was given a room on another floor, there were only 2 bath towels in the room while I booked it for 4 pax. There were no face towel in the room as well. To me, the hotel was like not ready for the high volume of guests. Honestly, the breakfast selection was also very little. Not what I expected from a 5 star hotel. But I had to mentioned, the hotel did a very good job in controlling the crowd for the usage of swimming pool as well as other facilities.

Still wonderful like my first stay 2 years ago. Butler service is a great facility they offer. However several things were missing when I entered the room: JBL loudspeaker, bathrobe, welcome fruit, welcome card.

We enjoyed our stay there even though it was a short one..thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality offered to us by every staff..surely we will come back to St Regis KL and have a longer stay.

Hotel yang sangat ramah dan mempedulikan customernya. Disediakan shuttle car dari central station ke hotel setiap 30 menit. Setiap beberapa waktu pihak hotel mencek kebutuhan kita. Tidak lupa kami diberikan complimentary buah dan cake. Fitness juga tersedia 24 jam. Dekat dengan beberapa mal di sekelilingnya.

Amazing hotel! First time staying at The St. Regis brand and lived up my high expectation! Butler service (even in entry level room!), impeccably clean, luxurious feel, and more! Wish to stay longer here. Location is not the best in KL (near KL Sentral instead of Bukit Bintang or KLCC), but not a big deal as they provide free shuttle service to KL Sentral where you can connect to other places. Looking forward to staying here again (maybe in Suite next time lol)!
