The staff service was good. What I don't like about this place is the bed is hard and there are a lot of birds chirping outside throughout the night.

The staff was quite efficient. What I do not like about here is it 's very noisy outside with the passing vehicles and especially the birds chirping incessantly.

Clean room. Need to check the bathroom door.

Good enough for stay. Basic room for stay. Near to public area such restaurants, eon big, Mc D, and near to Bandar Batu Pahat (1 km).

Request for room near lift attended by the counter staff because I am a OKU.

This accommodation was so good. But the wifi connection very poor. I already told at the service receptionist but no action. So far the room is OK.

Very clean and Very nice staff but the room is a bit small. Still highly recommended.

My room is way back and at level 3.

Room ok but a bit small. If you prefer room with window. Pls choose deluxe room.

Staff baik, layanan memuaskan, bilik untuk single terlalu kecil.

Hotel terbaik, servis mantap.

Bilik family agak sempat, terhad tempat nak letak beg n baju untuk gantung.dlm bilik xde cermin, almari, cukup-cukup je ruang untuk solat. Tapi bilik bersih.

Room too small for 3 person...

Room is very clean but when I stay for 3 night not cleaning my roam.

1 aja. Saya order ikut dalam gambar ada tingkap. Tapi dapat tak ada. Bila minta tukar kena bayar extra

Pleasant stay. Suits my need.

Water shower sometime high and sometime slow. Wifi internet connection totally very2 slow. A lot of mosquitos inside the room.
