The host was very nice n helpful. My brother couldn’t come in the first day. They kindly return one person price on he first day. Also, everything was good and clean. We do enjoy staying in there.

飯店離白馬八方公車站,白馬八方尾根纜車站走路都很近. 日式房間,空間很大, 5樓設有溫泉大浴池. 飯店老闆老闆娘人非常客氣熱情接待.

旅館員工非常有禮，熱心助人，早餐OK，温泉舒服，房間清潔，地點近巴士總站，值得推介。

近，離巴士總站約三分鐘步程。附近食店選擇不多，但巴士總站往返雪場交通方便。房間整潔，有足夠暖氣。但如果需要每天清潔房間，會收取費用。酒店有露天風呂，下雪時浸風呂感覺一流。酒店亦有提供放滑雪用具locker。回程時，店主主動車我們到巴士總站，非常細心。

3歳の娘を連れて家族3人でお邪魔しました。用があり京都から車で走って行ったので到着が夜中になってしまいましたが、受け入れて下さりありがとうございました。朝食も私達だけのためにビュッフェを用意して下さり、種類も豊富でおいしくて、とっても美味しかったです。とても親切にしていただき、またぜひお邪魔したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a more traditional Japanese stay while in a ski town! The lady at the front desk was amazing and super helpful! The onsen was a great added bonus! The breakfast was always very good! Good location between happo one and the bus terminal. Also ski rentals are very close. Everything in walking distance.

宿泊当日に予約をしたので不安でしたが、気持ちよく出迎えてくださり安心しました。施設は年季は入っていますが、清掃も行き届いて清潔感もあり、露天風呂はまだ新しくヒノキの香りがして癒されました。フロントを始めスタッフの皆さんも温かくステキな方々でした。
