Spacious room and well equipped. The dinner has more than 10 variety and is served in a private dinning room. Open air onsen is not hot enough.

酒店價錢合理，相對便宜，但很具歷史，很多設施頗舊，應要維修和裝修一下; 但服務很好的，員工很親切有礼。一泊二食食物一般，但很近野猴溫泉，是到長野必遊的景點，自駕約15分鐘，再步行15至20分鐘到達猴子浸的溫泉，冬天應該很有風味。 店內有一個浴場和一個露天風呂，風呂可遠眺雪山，景緻不錯。唯獨洗漱地方設備較舊，但以價格血論，是物有所值的。

浴室有點老舊。其他還好。

Traditional Japanese hotel with amazing Japanese dinner and breakfast. Also, the indoor hot spring room has a great view.

We drove from Karuizawa, the GPS directed us to climb up and down the mountain, it took about an hour crossing it. There were nice, helpful and polite hotel staff though they could not speak English very well, they tried the best to give a hand. Guestroom was spacious; traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast was served. Onsen was a bit small in size and old.

This place was the most amazing, warm, friendly, and loving hotel I’ve ever had the privilege of staying. The entire hotel is run by a phenomenal family—so incredibly kind, loving, and welcoming. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and they showed us a map of the town, asked how they could help, and made great suggestions for dinner. The gentleman drove my family and I to the Snow Monkey Park and drove us to the train station the next morning. We had the most delicious cheeseburgers that we have ever had in our whole lives at the restaurant downstairs and enjoyed time in the recreation room playing pool, chess, and other fun games. The onsens on the property were very clean, hot, and relaxing. I got to experience the open air and enclosed onsen during my stay and both were so peaceful. When we left, the whole family came outside to wave goodbye to us and bow. It was truly the most amazing and authentic Japanese hotel throughout our 1-month of travel across this amazing country! I would recommend this place to every soul on planet earth :)

Wonderful stay! Staff were very helpful! The onsen was lovely. They gave us a ride up to see the snow monkeys and it was a very pleasant walk back down through Shibu to get back to the hotel- highly recommend!

Mysigt traditionellt rum med fantastisk utsikt! Trevlig och mycket hjälpsam personal som körde oss till snow money park och till tågstationen. Den traditionella middagen var en upplevelse och det fanns ett bra onsen på hotellet.

１０星以上の満足です。先ず入館してフレンドリーなスタッフの皆さんのお陰で和み、部屋、夕飯、風呂、そして今朝の朝食も最高に素晴らしく親子で大満足です。おもだかさんにステイできて本当にラッキーでした。もし悩んでいたら是非おもだかさんへ。 スタッフの皆さん　大変お世話になりました。

Friendly staff

Super Lage, wenn man in die Berge möchte. Shuttle zum Bahnhof und Snow Monkey Park wurde angeboten - allgemein war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben mich auch bei der Planung unterstützt, man kann in der Umgebung super wandern oder auch Ski fahren / snowboarden. Sauna und drei verschiedene heiße Quellen vorhanden. Und das Abendessen war sagenhaft gut! Super traditionelle Japan Erfahrung.

接待や施設が特に上等という訳ではなく、連休中という繁盛記でもあったので、親戚迄頼んでスタッフを確保したようにも感じ、１,２名接客下手な方もおられた。 ただ、大半のスタッフからはそれなりに誠意をもってもてなししようという気持ちが十分に伝わった。 あとは、こちらものんびりさせていただいた。 それで十分でした。

la chambre est magnifique et spacieuse. Nous étions 2 dans la chambre . On nous a prêté 2 peignoirs pour aller au onsen au 3ème étage. c'était très agréable. On a diné le soir au snack du bas qui propose des hamburgers délicieux. J'ai regretté de ne pas être restée 2 nuits et de pouvoir gouter la cuisine de l 'hôtel. Nous n'avions pas réservé à l'avance et c'était complet. parking à côté de l'hôtel gratuit. personnel très serviable et chaleureux
