Good location, metro and tram nearby. Every staff are kind.

房間隔局超棒，整體服務好到不行。早餐也不錯。裡面的服務人員都好貼心。我是一人旅行，很少找到有單人房的valuable package。這間旅館不但有提供，也不會因為我只有一個人入住對我服務打折。 地點超榜，樓下就有subway , tram都可以搭。去哪都好方便。到重要景點區也只需要走路15分鐘以內！超棒，晚上聽音樂會回來也不會很遠，大約都是地鐵五分鐘以內的距離（1-2站就到了）以後再去維也納還會再住。

Our room was really noisy. and we couldn't sleep the whole time we were there. Plus, our reservation was supposed to come with breakfast but the check in woman said it didn't. We were there for over a day before someone at the front desk confirmed we were supposed to have breakfast. Also, there was no workout room.

Localização excelente, com estação de metrô na porta e a 10 min de caminhada do Graben. Equipe sempre solícita e acomodações impecáveis. Além do ótimo café da manhã, oferecem café e chá com bolo todas as tardes. Ainda, ofereceram um lindo mimo no dia do meu aniversário.

A very pleasant stay overall and will recommend it. The location was excellent - 2 minutes walk to the train and tram, a good variety of food options and shops very nearby. The staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was delicious with adequate options and we appreciate breakfast was available from 6.30 to 11 am. It was helpful when we had to have a much earlier breakfast before our day trip and also didn't have to wake up early while on holiday on other days just to have breakfast. The negatives aren't deal-breakers. The room was a little smaller than what we saw online and would have preferred more space. The bathroom was a decent size, clean and wished that hair conditioner was provided as part of the toiletries. The room can be quite noisy as it was near the road. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

Funcionários super atenciosos, educados e prestativos. Conseguimos fazer o checkin antes do horário, quarto já está pronto. Eles tinham água de graça nos quartos, e café de graça às 17h. Super recomendo. Localização boa, perto de estação de metrô, perto da fashion street.

The hotel has a good location. It is walking distance to the center of Vienna and many landmarks. The staff is prompt and super nice and the included breakfast is fantastic.

O hotel é muito bom, mas caro. Senti falta de mais opções de frutas no café da manhã.

Kahvaltısı yeterli güzeldi. Odalar temizdi ve yorumların aksine gürültülü değildi. Personeller güleryüzlü. Konum olarak metronun hemen çıkışındaydı.
