Location is good. But they forgot to refill the box tissue. Also a hoyel with 4 stars I expect there will be 2 free bottles of water but they charged.

The positin is great. We can visit many important sites by foot. Many restruants with different styes are nearby. Our room is not big but with a balcony, which provides us a good view of the city. The shower in the room is very good. Most hotel staffs are good and helpful. But when we arrived Wienna station and tried to call an Uber, I called the hotel for asking for the English name of the Hotel. A man who on the phone was not patient to tell me, which caused me to pay much more for a taxi. Perhaps he and I both are not good English soeaker, but he should tell me the hotel as "AM Parkring". On the other hand, Expedia should inform me the English name of the hotel, but gave only its Chinese name.

住宿體驗很棒，旁邊有公園可以散步，離地鐵跟公車都很近，唯一缺點是隔音稍差

酒店位置很好，職員友善，價錢合理，房間舒適，就是車場較窄，但下次再到維也納也會再次入住

Good location, and helpful staffs Staffs are trying to help when we reports problems. But the carpet seems not clean enough and the photos of rooms in the website are not similar to what we stayed, it's quite disappointed to us.

The staff are friendly, helpful and smart. The room is clean, comfortable and magnificent.

Location may not be the best. Room is renovated with a balcony. It's clean and tidy with a comfortable bed.

Very clean, very quiet and a great view from the windows. The decor was a little outdated, but that's a very minor thing, especially when everything else is very good.

Bonjour, La chambre était très propre et très agréable, le personnel d'accueil, du petit déjeuner ou d'entretient était vraiment au top, et la chambre très bien insonorisé avec une belle vue du balcon privé. Des petits gestes comme un chocolat sur l'oreiller à mon arrivé, un paquet de gâteau de noël pour mon retour le soir dans ma chambre, le thé ou le café avec gâteaux gratuit tout les après-midi de 13h à 17h. Parfaitement situé, avec un parc et le tramway juste en face, à seulement 6 minutes de la cathédrale à pied. Franchement, si je reviens à Vienne, je reprendrais cette hôtel, pour moi c'est un 4 étoiles + Encore merci, et à bientôt peut-être ! Sandrine

Erinomainen hotelli, joka ylitti odotukset. Sijainti on täydellinen: rauhallinen ja aikuiseen makuun sopiva, mutta silti aivan lähellä kaikkea – ei tungosta, ei hälinää. Palvelu oli kautta linjan poikkeuksellisen ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista. Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja laadukas, ja kokonaisuus tuntui huolitellulta ja lämpimältä. Erityiskiitos siitä, että syntymäpäiväni muistettiin sekä aamiaisella että myöhemmin huoneen siistimisen yhteydessä, nämä extrat teki vierailusta aidosti henkilökohtaisen ja merkityksellisen. Suuri kiitos koko henkilökunnalle, ja erityismaininta Xenalle aulassa: huippu huumorintaju ja loistava palveluinto. Hotellin ikkunoista avutuvat näkymät kruunaavat kokonaisuuden. Tänne tulisin ehdottomasti uudelleen ja suosittelen lämpimästi!
