Superbe petit hôtel, format parfait. Dans un quartier assez calme et surtout, bien situé! Les lits sont très confortables, le personnel est courtois et à l'écoute. Le bar en bas est fabuleux, ceux qui nous ont servies étaient gentils et attentionnés! Je recommande.

Fijne kamer. Indeling en ruimte iets minder. Maar vriendelijke personeel en top locatie

The hotel was very welcoming with a good selection of breakfast items. Staff were very helpful. The sweets on an afternoon were a lovely touch. Location was great with some fabulous eateries near by. The tacos were possibly the best we’ve had.

Hotel tres bien situé avec une déco sympa mais à proximité d'une rue très fréquentée. On entend malheureusement du bruit dans la chambre surtout aux heures de travail.La douche ne fonctionnait pas, soit trop chaude soit trop froide.Nous l'avons signalé mais rien n'a été fait.Au moment du départ quand nous l'avons de nouveau évoqué pas de geste commercial.Pas sûrs de revenir la prochaine fois dans cet hôtel

Me gustó su Lobby , aunque le sacan muy poco provecho La limpieza estuvo más o menos , la regadera el piso se veía algo de humedad u otro color en las esquinas Gente de recepción muy amable algunas personas y otras no tanto

Staff was AMAZING! Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Room was spotless and bed was comfy. I love the “Harry Potter” vibe of the hallways. I will ABSOLUTELY BE BACK!

Clean room, great staff, amazing restaurants near by like Mesa Lobo, an amazing local restaurant. Near shopping too. Would stay again!

The air conditioner would stop after a certain time (although according to the hotel staff the fifth floor had an issue and gave us the chance to switch rooms… we kindly declined, as it was too much hassle to move and after checking the new room the AC seemed the same to me. The shower’s water pressure was extremely minimal, and it took a long time to adjust the temperature. The wi-fi had to be reconnected multiple times during a single day. The worst was the cleaning crew, they did very superficial cleaning, you could still see dust in some spaces. My wife is allergic to dust, and she was having a very bad time. Also, they never restocked regular coffee (only decaffeinated). One day they didn’t even supply toilet paper, so we had to ask for one at the front desk. We stayed for 7 nights, and they never changed the sheets, we replace more often at home. The hotel needs some TLC, it might have been beautiful many years ago, but the maintenance is very poor. If it wasn’t for the friendly staff (big shout out to Erica) and the location, this hotel would have an even worse review.

Really nice staff, clean rooms and perfect location

Very nice hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and very friendly and polite. The staff were simply great and helped for a magical stay. Fantastic restaurants close by. Very close to The main shopping centres and attractions. Would recommend to anyone!
