Location is unbeatable, right in the center of the city. Apartment was very clean and the management/ reception was really efficient and helpful throughout our stay. 10/10

Right in the heart of centre apartment was clean and modern. Complimentary water and toiletries. Managed through cosmo hotel near by where reception staff provided codes at check in. Housekeep every 3 days which would of preferred 2 for towels

Apartment is very clean. The furnishings are in good condition. Very centrally located, about 5 minutes to the Central Market. Many dining options within a short walk Staff very accommodating and helped booking taxis. Valencia is a fun and interesting city. Something new and different around every corner

Bad experience, impossible to sleep cause i wake up on night feeling insect moving or jumping around my skin. I had to left the apartment on second night.

Very comfortable stay. Very clean with everything we could possibly need and close to all the great sites!

I stayed in unit 12. Everything with check in was great. Friendly staff very cooperative. The location is great. The unit is small but well equipped. The problem is that there is a horrendous sewer smell in the room that apparently enters through the building drainage pipes. It is a very strong smell that persists even with open windows and letting the water run.

I booked a group into Wallace Apartments. The experience was great. Very nice apartments each with separate lounge and bedroom. Clean and well appointed. There was a bit of noise from the street outside (no double glazing) but otherwise very good!

Check in straightforward. Lovely clean and functional apartment that is very well located for sightseeing. Good kitchen for cooking, the only thing I would suggest would be that the addition of a chopping board would be helpful and maybe supplying basics such as cooking oil. Highly recommended.

I was very happy with my stay at the Wallace apartments in Valencia. The only downside was that you don't check in at same location as the hotel - the front desk is a couple of blocks away in a different building. While there was a sign on the door explaining this, it was in Spanish, and in my jet lagged state, I didn't understand it very well. Fortunately, the folks at the bar on the first floor took pity on me and helped me out. I fell in love with the room when I walked in and the temperature was set at a very comfortable 18C, which was fantastic, since it was a very humid 85F outside and I had just finished walking a couple of blocks with all my luggage in order to complete the check in procedure. The apartment was in a great central area, was very clean, and had everything I needed to have a great stay. Very fast wifi, by the way, which was hugely helpful as well.

Good location but a little noisy in the early hours. No reception so was difficult to leave our keys for an early checkout. Perfect for a couple of days self catering. We would stay again. No English tv even though bbc was on the channel list in the info.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with sufficient facilities. Beware that the check in point is different from the apartment location. It is located in city center so there would be some noises at night. Not for light sleepers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would come again.

Very tight small apartment, excellent location good hosts at reception

A compact and modern, top floor apartment on a predestrianised side street in the central part of the city. The check-in is at a local hotel, only a 3 minute walk away. The apartment was as described, clean and well maintained. Local restaurants and amenities are in walking distance, meaning we rarely used the metro to get around. There was a bit of noise early in the morning due to delieveries to local businesses on the street below, but this is to be expected in a city location. We were expecting a drainage smell based on other reviews. This was not as bad as expected and did not bother us, we believe it may have come from the street below and not actually the apartment itself.

In center of Valencia , easy to rich Transportation . Very noisy area, bad smel in toilet ventilation ! Frendly staff ☺.
