Safe stay and very good experience to have Scottish breakfast every morning prepared by the host.

We had a lovely stay in Inverness. The property was perfectly located in walking distance to the castle and local pubs and cafes. Willie and Tania are lovely and Willie produced a hearty breakfast.

The room was quite clean and large if not a bit outdated. The view from my room was fabulous! Appreciate that the cleaning staff refreshed my room without disturbing my things. No access to a microwave or fridge though. And not sure where I would have gotten ice. Easy to enter and exit.

We absolutely adored this place! Everything was so homey and welcoming, the rooms were clean, large and had a nice size bathroom with it. We only ate breakfast there one day, but it was delicious!

Great location, just a short walk from city centre shops and bars. Very clean room with a great view of the castle. Breakfast was freshly cooked and very nice. Check in was quick and easy.

Room was lovely, with all little extras on the tea tray. Staff so accommodating and informative. Breakfast was great with a big variety. Would certainly recommend. This was our second visit, and we will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect

Clean room, very well stocked. Beautiful view st breakfast and the eggs were some of the best we've ever eaten! Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area or will recommend to any of friends and family. Check in was super easy and breakfast being included was a lovely touch

Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean and a short walk to shops and dining. It worked well for us!

Clean, comfy (lovely firm mattress), nice decor location. Staff friendly enough but it’s a self check-in which feels a bit cold and I only saw Willie at breakfast, then on way out you don’t interact with anyone either. Cooked breakfast was good but everything else on the buffet felt basic eg cheap cereals and fruit clearly canned

Nice property with lovely hosts and very walkable to all food/bars/downtown shopping.
