Reservé sur Hotel. Com la veille et reçu mail pour me dire que structure était fermée pendant la période hivernale. M'ont demandé de prendre contact avec eux pour le remboursement. J'attends des nouvelkes d'Hotels.com pour le remboursement.

Immerso nel verde, spazi accoglienti, personale simpatico e cordiale, cibo nostrano cucina genuina...eccellente!

L'hotel è ben tenuto, molto pulito e con camere spaziose. La colazione abbondante e varia. Il personale è molto gentile ed accogliente, in particolare la receptionist. Il posto è decisamente tranquillo, ideale per passeggiate nella natura.

Picturesque location spoilt by unfinished major construction next door. Pool was very dirty, full of flies and wasps swarming around it. A simple clean up and lick of paint in places at minimal cost would make a huge difference to what felt like a very tired and neglected hotel. We chose not to stay over night and found an alternative hotel due to our disappointment with the pool and outside areas.

The hotel has very nice and friendly staff. The restaurant has very good Italian food, possible to order food up to the pool area. It was the best food in the Serino area. The pool area could be cleaner and cosier with a small effort. Now it's a bit run down. Rooms are ok and large. Breakfast buffet was also ok, it has the essentials but not much extras.
