Very disappointing. Girl Scout troop, we requested connecting or adjacent rooms for days in advance and on the morning of check in. Was not given their version of adjacent was down the hall. One room ac was broken on a very hot day, they could not fix it and their solution was to move to another hotel. They offered to pay for a lower value hotel for us to move to, we had 10 people in our party (6 young girls who were tired from spending the day outside in the heat). We ended up staying in one room with ac and one with fans. Was told we would be refunded for both rooms and would not be charged for parking - as of today no refunds and nobody has reached out or returned my calls or emails. Extremely disappointing. How does a Marriott not have an emergency ac service? How can they not give adjacent rooms with advanced requests? Sad experience for a group of hard working Girl Scouts.
