We’re left to wander down the riverfront in the dark at 9:30 on a Friday night during the end of the lunar near year. A very helpful hôtelier started to help us. By chance we wandered into a sister property of the “sold out” one. She realized who we were and that we were not happy, she found us a room elsewhere in town and refunded our rate in cash. We have used Expedia extensively in South America and Asia never had this experience before. The customer service on-line was actually wonderful, helpful and very understanding. Be wary!

숙박사기 당했어요 분명 여기로 예악하고 돈도 냈는데 지저분하고 잠금장치도 없는 다른건물 유스 호스텔로 데리고 가서 같은 호텔이라고 우기더라구요 최악 근데 이호텔도 사진만번지르하고 더럽고 조식은 쓰레기였습ㄴ다
