Excellent location, near shops and restaurants, a bit noisy at night from party goers, but who cares it's Lisbon.

Great place and the host . We enjoyed our stay

Property is nice. Construction right outside not very convenient. Nice welcome package inside. Not much natural light inside. Could not open left side of big outside door. Location was great. I will give 5 stars definitely for this. Inconvenient when leaving. Uber does not want to stop to location. We had to take our luggages next street. Coffee was great wished to have mor hooks for towels.

We had a very disappointing stay with multiple serious issues. Check-in was difficult and confusing. We received a large volume of pre-arrival emails with repetitive and sometimes incorrect information, and it took over an hour to get the correct access instructions, including being given the wrong entry code. Arrival was also unclear regarding the correct unit location. Once inside, using the washing machine caused immediate flooding in the kitchen. We had to use all available towels to clean it up, leaving us without towels afterward. The laundry instructions also did not match the actual machines, and laundry was a key reason for booking. Cleanliness was an issue as well—we found multiple worms in the bathroom during our stay. Due to the problems, we were moved to a different apartment for the second night, which required packing up and relocating mid-stay. Additionally, although we were offered a later checkout, a cleaner entered shortly after the original checkout time. Overall, the stay fell well below expectations in terms of communication, cleanliness, and functionality.

Happy we stayed here instead of a hotel, beautiful, fun and comfortable spot. Easy win. Recommendations for groceries would have helped because google maps is not correct for the businesses in the area. I would stay here again and probably will!

Very spacious one bedroom apartment in a very lively part of Lisbon close to the water, restaurants, shops and clubs. I really liked the stone wall and antique furniture as well as the snack box. Would definitely stay here again.

O atendimento da equipe foi excelente, tanto via whatsapp , para tirar dúvidas quanto ao acesso à chave do quarto, quanto da responsável pela limpeza e organização. O quarto estava limpo, organizado e com toda estrutura de um apartamento funcionando bem, como forno, micro-ondas, maquina de lavar e etc.. Ao chegar encontramos a mesa preparada com alguns mimos como um vinho, café, biscoitos, geléias e docinhos especiais. Ao fazer o check-out esquecemos um objeto e fomos prontamente avisados e questionados como queríamos que fosse devolvido. Só temos muito que agradecer a equipe que nos proporcionou uma estada agradável e nos sentimos em casa.

Everything was great!

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! Location was dark and quiet. Only negative was the smell outside the apartment due to construction, and the bathroom needs to have better ventilation.

Excellent séjour, dommage que des travaux de rénovation de façade face à notre logement nous ont empêché d’ouvrir complètement les fenêtres. À cause de cela le devant de la porte était le RV des chiens…A part ce désagrément c’était super. Quartier très vivant pour sortir et boire un verre

Desde a comunicação com todas as orientações que precisávamos, até o apartamento em si, tudo excelente. O espaço do imóvel, o imobiliário, decoração, me chamou a atenção a roupa de cama e toalhas muito felpudas, tudo macio, limpo e cheiroso. Embora esteja em uma localização badalada e próxima a tudo, nosso apartamento era muito silencioso e agradável.

Our stay at Residentas Apostolos We really enjoyed our stay at Residentas Apostolos. The bed was absolutely fantastic and very comfortable. The location is perfect, everything is nearby, and it was easy for us to get around the city. Despite being in the center, it was very quiet and we didn’t experience any street noise. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities prepared for us. Also, the kitchen has absolutely everything needed for everyday life, which made our stay even more comfortable. The kitchen was extremely helpful during our stay. There is a minimarket just 1 minute away, which was super convenient, and we bought fresh pastries every morning. It’s also very easy to get to the metro from the apartment. The room was clean and well-maintained. If we return to Lisbon, we will definitely book here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

By far one of the worst stays ever. This is not even a place to stay for a night. It’s basically a shop/store front that’s converted into a room. It’s in the ground floor of a busy neighborhood where there are bars and we had people yelling, breaking glass in front of the house in the night. There was a procession of over 50 people in jeans that was just outside this room. Half the room front is in glass. There was no water in the room for two days we stayed which means none of us could take a shower. Then there was an issue with the air conditioning which was not cooling. All this because this was never meant to be a room to stay. It is a simple store in the middle of a busy neighborhood which some guy trying to be smart converted to a room. The water does not work Because everything looks like it is temporarily made. They did offer us a different room 1 hour before checkin and to go to the room, we had to go on the street and get into it from a different side entrance. So we declined. Also there is no customer service. They are closed 9pm to 9am. And the emergency line is present to tell you that their repair guy is only available at 9am. So if you are needing to leave early like 8am like us, and there is no water, they can do nothing about it. This place is FRAUD to say the lease. Avoid it to save your holiday/ vacation. Lisbon is full of very proud, respectful and good people and the people who run this place are definitely not one of them.
