住了4晚，整體上好一般，傢俬擺設頗殘舊，洗手間不太清潔，沒有照片中那般漂亮。唯一最好是開放式廚房及先進設備的升降機。原以為沒有人打算，住了第三天有人整理床單，但收起洗手間floor towel，並沒有發另一條，這造成洗手間地板濕，通知了職員，但職員沒有回 覆，這點令我不滿。 Check out 時，我拍下appartment 及放下酒店税費用的相片whatsapp給職員，職員立即回覆謝道，很現實啊！ 房租絕不便宜，住4晚差不多要付千多元歐元，但並不是太優質的，appartment外的環境頗嘈雜，若以10分滿分，幾年前可值9分，現在只值 6~7分。希望appartment努力改進，提供優質服務，否則難以競爭。

May family stayed 4 nights. The apartment is clean and with a good location. will come back again if we viist Lisbon next time.

Everything from checkin to checkout was seamless. Customer service is super responsive. The space is renovated/modernized and clean; very bright with lots of sunlight; closet spaces are large. Beautiful dining/kitchen spaces. We had everything we needed. The huge plus also is the location; we had a beautiful view of Lisbon and within walking space of great restaurants/bars. I would stay here every time we visit Lisbon. Hands down the best.

The property was in a good location and comfortably slept 5 people. We chose it for those reasons and because it had a washer and dryer but the washer and dryer kept tripping the electric system every 10-30 minutes while it was running. They weren’t able to send anyone to fix it until after we checked out and weren’t able to offer another place to stay when it was very hot there. Fortunately, my spouse is good at troubleshooting and got the electrical system running again, but we couldn’t leave because we had to reset the breaker too often so it ruined our opportunity to see more of Lisbon the night we were there.

The apartment was immaculate, spotless, and exceptionally clean. I’ve never been to a place so spotless. They even set up a baby crib, high chair, and utensils. The place exudes a cozy, homey atmosphere. If you’re interested in cooking, the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this place to friends and family.

This place was huge, really cute and located in a nice neighboorhood. The communication with the host was fluid and easy. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location and communication was excellent

We like the clean rooms, the location, the balcony, the shuttle service. We didn't like the squeakiness noise of the up level floor. a bit too loud. however we would love to come back, it is pretty nice. thank you!

Great communication and easy to get support and information. Location is perfect, just at the top of a hill good to be aware of, also on top of a bakery where you can buy breakfast.

The flat is very lovely, the rooms are nice and big, we got a nice gift box with jam, honey, crackers, coffee ect and a bottle of wine. They have thought about everything even giving earplugs as there is a little market across the road from the flat that have people there till 11pm on saturday it's later so it's a lively area, lots of food places to eat and drink, great place for transport; bus, tram and Lisbon hop on hop off bus. Is the top of the hill but easy to walk downhill to get to Chiado that has supermarkets and shopping.

Very disappointing experience. The day before check-out, our access code suddenly became invalid, which was extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the hair dryer broke that same night. We contacted the property and were clearly told that a replacement would be delivered by 9:00 AM the next morning. Based on this, both my daughter and I washed our hair and waited from 9:00 AM as instructed. Despite multiple follow-up messages, we kept receiving the same response: “soon” or “it’s on the way.” However, the replacement did not arrive until 10:45 AM, almost two hours later. This poor communication and lack of reliability seriously affected our morning plans and left both of us waiting with wet hair for far too long. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, on est à 5 mns en bus du port. Il y a tout à proximité, on est pas loin du quartier de Baixa. Le seul inconvénient c'est les nuisances sonores nocturnes à cause des bars. Mais c'est supportable. Je recommande

This is a lovely large apartment with a beautiful view. It is very comfortable and great communication with staff.

창밖으로 보이는 경치는 매우 좋았습니다. 넓고 분위기도 좋고 위치 좋고 깨끗하였습니다. 난방기가 반복해서 에러가 나고 창틀사이로 빗물이 스며들어 떨어지는 단점은 있었습니다. 전체적으론 좋은 경험이였습니다.
