The hotel is in the center of the old town, easily walkable to all the sightseeing near by and the room rate is reasonable. Highly recommended for those who want to visit Stockholm.

The hotel was reasonably clean and the location was good. The man at reception tried to help when I needed assistance. The room had some useful features such as mirrors and hooks. However, there were several issues with my stay. The room was small, with no windows, no headboard and no bedside lights. The towels were very worn, and I found hairs in the bathroom that were not mine. One of my friends also found that their sheets were dirty. The room was very noisy. I could hear people using the toilet in the rooms above, and noise from the pipes throughout the night. This made it difficult to sleep. I was also disappointed that the booking information was not clear in English. One of the rooms had a shared bathroom and no windows, but this was not obvious when booking. Had this been made clear, I would have booked elsewhere. I also find the fact that they don’t have 24h reception impractical and they were not responsive over email, message and phone. I dread to think what would have happened if there had been an emergency. Overall, the location was good and the room was reasonably clean, but I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it to anyone especially to stay in the basement rooms.

The hotel was unique. The location was wonderful for visiting Gamla Stan and environs. The shower in my basement room did not drain properly. I hope they can do something about that. It I would stay there again, for sure.

De va dam under sängen och i fläcken. Listerna va damiga och duschen va mögel på duschlisten

Det var väldigt lyhört på rummet. Det fanns inga krokar eller nattduksbord. Mycket dåligt tryck i duschen, enda sättet att öka trycket var att dra på kallvattnet.. det fanns inga batterier i fjärrkontrollen, toalettpappret var inte påfyllt och papperskorgen i badrummet var trasig. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal! Otroligt bra läge och rimligt pris. Bra boende för någon enstaka natt men inte för längre resor.

Jättebra hotell som passar om du söker ett prisvärt hotell med centralt läge. Gammal byggnad, så lite trångt med trösklar, trappor och höjdskillnader.

Støy i rommet pga beliggenhet ved ytterdøren. Lite rom. Ikke hyggelig. Ingen hårføner tilgjengelig

Great location. Very helpful personnel. A lot of restaurants/shops surrounding the hotel.

Vi var missnöjda med information vid bokning. Rummet luktade så mycket av något medel som utlöste astma. Inget glas att dricka ur på rummet o vi fick bara fram utländska program. Sängarna hårda.

Hård säng, och nära att slå huvudet i övervåningssängen flera gånger. Lite trångt, men jag skulle ju bara sova där, så det var ändå ok. Bra läge.
