Due to the emergency matter I was not able to check in the hotel but I was charged double times for the room rate. I understand the pre payment won’t be refunded if I failed check in but I don’t think they could charge me double times. I contacted them and never got anything back.

Very bad rooms, it feels like they never renovated their rooms. Bathroom was very bad and smelly. The price they take and the service they provide is not worth it.

Very good breakfast. Very clean room. Very courteous staff.

Was surprised when we found out there is now a $10/night parking fee. Also we booked a king room and received 2 queen bed room. Staff is good. Did not participate in breakfast. We have always stayed at this hotel several times in the past but this time we we're a little surprised at the changes.

Room was just ok. Hotel is in rough condition. Rooms are oddly laid out. TV channels didn’t work. No nightstands or phone in room. Breakfast was meh and very basic. Definitely get what you pay for here

We only stayed one night. We were on the fourth floor with a nice view of the gorge. The kitchen area was excellent and the room was spacious. The breakfast was better than I expected, with lots of choices. The hotel is older and no elevator, but that was not a problem because you can enter on the second floor. It's a pretty decent budget hotel for Niagara.

Great stay

The woman at the breakfast counter was very polite and took care of making sure that the food was fresh and delicious.

We took our 2 grandchildren for an overnight during March Break. Room was clean and renovated faced parking lot with a sliding door. Building was old but very clean and room was great with minimal furniture. The pool area was also very clean and we actually had to ourselves as we were there midweek. There was a very loud system for heating pool and keeping windows from fogging up and it was kind of an annoying loud noise but kids did not mind, the pool was also a little cold for me but grampa enjoyed. Breakfast was also enjoyed by all of us lots of choices both hot and cold the area was very clean and tidy and was a great start to our day! Would recommend this place to friends looking for a getaway with their grand children

When we arrived at the hotel to check in after a long day of travelling and running around, we are in informed at the front desk that they had no hot water, and they were unsure of when it would be repaired given that it was a long weekend. Nobody had phoned or emailed to give us notice when we could’ve had some time to find another hotel And there was no compensation offered other than a full refund for a very big inconvenience. I would not even bother to book here again don’t waste your time.

The best thing in the hotel was the staff very nice and lovely. 1- we came to spend Valentine through family day Monday, The water was cold in the shower and we both got sick. 2 - The restaurant during the breakfast was very cold , I did read the temperature and it was 10 c , so both days we didn't have our breakfast in the hotel , all what we hear ( Sorry Sir ). 3- I was in the second floor and there is one disable spot in the back , there is no control of check up for the parking , people parked without the disable batch and no one ask them to move the car , I think this is a very abusive note. It was one of the most miserable long weekend holiday I had. I would never come back or advise anyone to book in this hotel. Thank you

When we got to the hotel to check in, we were notified that there was no hot water, and it had been that way for 2 days, we were sent an email around noon that day but we left in the morning for the hotel and would not of been checking emails while we were driving, they had no backup for us, no alternative, would not give us a deal, cheaper price, partial refund, nothing, I could not find another hotel unless i was paying a lot of money that last minute. We ended up having to stay, the room was clean and nice, but not being able to shower after having a long drive was not nice. We did go use the pool, and it was warm, luckily. The sauna was working but needs a glam up, the hot tub is out of service and has plant in it, which was strange. The breakfast area was freezing cold, there was no heat in that room and the employee was working in a winter coat, breakfast was ok, nothing too exciting, and no gluten free options (which i wasn't surprised). So glad we were only staying overnight. But very disappointed.

The room was clean, shower was great, room comes with a great kitchen and fridge. It is an older hotel, but functional with pool and sauna.
