It is not a hotel just rooms to rent. No standby receptionist. You have to call a phone number written on the wall. I called WA number and no one answered it. I arrived at 10:30 pm and no one there. We locked outside in the cold winter time. I tried to ask the jewellery store next door and no wonder the seller is the receptionist. I booked for 3 person and his friend forgot to prepare it. So we had to wait for long time while he set up the extra bed. So tired after our long journey. Actually, the man was polite and helpful. But they had to improve their hotel management. By the way, no lift there, so you had to be strong for your luggages. The room was very cold, the AC was not working well. Breakfast was very simple and space was limited. I had to stand while eating (full even for only 5-6 persons).
