The water is not hot enough when bath and getting colder

飯店櫃台與大樓管理櫃台是結為一體的,時常找不到飯店櫃檯人員也因此造成我與老公的困擾與不變.最後一天要叫計程車時,因飯店櫃台人員不在而只好求助大樓管理櫃台人員,但大樓管理櫃台人員明顯不耐煩且告知錯誤的報價,雖然最後飯店櫃台人員有出現解決但也讓我與老公有種不愉快的感覺 房間的抽水馬達聲音非常大,只要開水龍頭或抽馬桶就會出現非常大的噪音且房間內沒有暖氣(應該是中央空調)所以當我們是冬天去時.晚上可以感受到蠻冷的 房間的清潔度是很好的!

整体感觉很好 酒店入口不太方便 但是相对很安全

Hotel muito bonito, bem localizado! So nao gostamos mais porque o restaurante e o bar do hotel é aberto ao público sem nenhuma preferencia ao hospede! Entao por duas noites tentamos jantar no hotel e estava sempre lotado, tendo que fazer reserva com bastante antecedencia

Hotellin arkkitehtuuri on ainutlaatuinen! Sijainti joen varrella erinomainen ja maisemat alemmistakin kerroksista on upeat. Tykkään, kun huoneessa on riittävästi tilaa. Monipuolinen aamiainen oli maistuva. Kannattaa poiketa yläkerran näköalaterassilla.

Very good location, staff are very polite and helpful, and the rooms are clean. However, Dancing House is one of the top 10 attractions in Prague, so the lift queues are often long and crowded. There should be a designated lift for the residents.

직원분들도 친절했고 객실에서 바라본 뷰도 너무 멋졌습니다. 중심지에서 멀지않을까 걱정했는데 그리 먼 거리도 아니고 오히려 한적해서 더 좋았던것같아요.(도보로도 이동 가능합니다.) 조식 메뉴와 식사공간의 조망도 상당히 좋았습니다. 다시 프라하에 간다면 또 이곳에 머무를예정입니다.
