Las habitaciones nada que ver con las imágenes publicadas, es un hotel viejo se quedo en los 90's, tv supervieja y no funcionaba, baño muy deteriorado, colchón incómodo y mal oriente asi comontodos los.blncos huele a añejo, la verdad mala experiencia, el elevador solo puede subir 2 personas y si llevas equipaje mejor va uno solo con su equipaje por que esta que te quedas atorado, fatal no lo recomiendo

O café da manhã não é bom, o hotel é barulhento.

Um hotel com ótimo custo benefício. Café da manhã ok, boa limpeza e condição do quarto. Tem carpete e cortinas de tecidos, então alérgicos podem achar um pouco desconfortável. O trunfo do hotel é a localização. Perto de várias conveniências e do metrô. Não tem lugar como esse, por esse preço, na região.

It was clean but the cleaners started earlier in the morning vacuuming the hallway and we were across the elevator. They were talking loud to each other and closing the elevator’s door hard. They should start cleaning common areas at least after check out time. I went there to rest one night which I arrived at 1 am and woke up around 7 because of the cleaners.

I rarely write reviews this long, but I feel like I genuinely need to warn others before they consider staying here. There was a strong, unpleasant smell of mold that hit us immediately in the room. It wasn’t subtle, it was the kind of damp, heavy odor that makes you question the cleanliness and safety of the entire space. Unfortunately, it didn’t stop there. When we checked the beds, we found visible makeup on the sheets. Not just faint marks or stains that might have been missed, actual makeup, as if the bedding hadn’t been properly cleaned or replaced at all. The most alarming part, however, was the pillows. They had visible mold on them. At that point, it stopped being just an unpleasant stay and became a serious health concern. Mold exposure is not something to take lightly, especially when traveling with a child. There was no way we could stay in that environment. We went down to reception hoping for some understanding or at least a solution, but the experience only got worse. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. There was no empathy, no apology, nothing. Even my son noticed the attitude, which says a lot. When a kid picks up on that kind of behavior, you know it’s bad. We left 15 minutes after checking in. The place looks nothing like the photos. The images are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the rooms at all. It feels dishonest and very frustrating as a guest who trusted what was advertised.

Localização ideal. Próxima de quitandas, padarias e o bairro muito acolhedor.

Breakfast was just bread, but overall its a good budget friendly hotel.

It was wonderful place they were very professional and very friendly people the room that we were staying was very clean and beautiful the cleaning service staff were hard working to keeping clean and nice our room 🤗 I highly recommend this place I really enjoyed to stay at the Epico Recoleta Hotel 👌
