Staff is very nice but hotel is very old and needs updating

Room 706, there was a constant noise of water running through a pipe the whole night. There was also a noise like constructions all night every 2-3 minutes. The above deteriorated my sleep.

Need more staff and fixing of things redoing sofas snd carpets Breakfast extremely slow and cold

Denne gang var alt ok.

Alt bra, men parkering er vanskelig hvis du kommer sent om kvelden. Ekstremt smale enveis gater inn mot hotellet. Theoxenia Residence Hotel har felles inngang med Theoxenia Pallace Hotel, i en annen gate, men det var det ikke opplyst om.

The reception and breakfast staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Property was in great shape. I didn't receive the free bottle of wine. And the "free" parking was indeed free but very inconvenient finding it in the evening when it was dark. It was not at the hotel but about 3 blocks away.

The property was lovely however a few features inside the room needed work ie fixings and the shower reach not being long enough to fully reach the fixing

We had a very comfortable stay. Staff were lovely and the lady who made our room everyday was friendly and helpful. Clean, spacious rooms. We caught an uber to the local metro station into Athens when needed, it was like 5 euros. Good amount of restaurants to choose from. Breakfast was good, service was no issues. They gave us a bottle of wine as welcome gift as part of our booking. I had forgotten this so was a great end to a late night flight and check in.

This is a run down property. The place smells of old, should not be allowed to be rented

Everything was excellent!

This is our second stay here and we love it! It was so great to not be in the centre of Athens, when temperatures were 40+ degrees and to have that lovely pool area. Also, a great stroll into Kifisia are for dinner. Only thing i would fault is our room overlooked the street, yet there is no fine curtain in the rooms for privacy. Other than that, would definitely stay there again.

Avevamo optato per una struttura fuori il centro di Atene per via della sua SPA e piscina interna. Purtroppo non era chiaro nella prenotazione che per accedere alla sola piscina bisognasse pagare 25 Euro a testa per ingresso. In piu' la sola piscina era vietata per bambini al di sotto dei 15 anni. Sorpresa poco gradita.

The hotel is a bit dated, beds not very comfortable, no coffee in the room. Nice big pool. A plus in Residence wing is that the rooms are quite big. But avoid the ground floor, not nice, we changed to 1st floor which was ok.

Overall ok though it needs more maintenance. Location is great as it’s in walking distance from the centre of Kifisia but unfortunately wifi was so bad that I couldn’t do my zoom calls. So I am not recommending it for work, maybe for leisure is a better option.

The plate of fresh fruit delivered to our room to welcome us was absolutely perfect! I want to stay here again and again!

Στην Αθήνα, επιλέγουμε πάντα για την διαμονή μας το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο. Είναι σε καταπληκτικό σημείο στο κέντρο του Κεφαλαρίου με όλα όσα χρειαζόμαστε γύρω μας. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Καθαριότητα και ησυχία. Πρωινό ικανοποιητικό.

Good location, spacious room, wifi was on and off, parking is challenging especially on weekends, nice pool, good breakfast, main hotel could definitely use updating.
