位置好，房间舒适。

This is a great place with friendly and kind staff. Just a but not close to the town. You have to take the bus to go there and NEVER ATEMPT to walk to there. The shortcut is full of ice that can't be walked. Also, the main road to there is only road for cars that's not possible for people to walk there. The Bus terminates very early like at 1800 so you have to manage you time well. There is no lift there so be preapred to take your packs through the wooden staris.

酒店職員友善，不過帶大件行李會不方便，因為沒有電梯，距離車站要走山路20分鐘，沿途的風景不錯，如果想方便也有巴士，不過班次比較疏。可能在山上，所以晚上開窗會有小昆蟲飛入，而且大堂有很多烏蠅飛來飛去。

飯店位於高處，雖然距離火車站有點距離，但是每天窗外就能看到艾格峰，又有豐富的早餐可以享用，真的好棒！

距離市中心步行約10分鐘，下去還好，爬山上來就有點需要體力。飯店有提供免費公車票，但公車約半小時一班，住宿的飯店設備簡單。

我訂了7間含浴室雙人房,連續2晚,分四張訂單,第一晚給我6間雙入房(其中5間有浴室,1間沒有),1間4人狹窄bunk房房(無浴室).第二晚給我5間雙入房(其中4間有浴室,1間沒有),1間4人狹窄bunk房(無浴室), 1間4人bunk房(無浴室). 我在入住時立刻抗議,但得到的回應是,要我自己去住別家旅館,當時僅答應退我,因住bunk房,每晚每間退35CHF.因入住時己晚,外面下雨,旅遊旺季在山區如何能換旅館,並且同行者需住不同旅館,不得不接受她的決定,當時即表示將向Hotels.com 抗議. 隔天早上因有一間房需換房(我們是很無奈的被迫接受,換房,是換到不同棟,沒有電梯,旅館也不提供搬運行李的服務).此時女老闆同意,換房的此間房不收費用,只收7CHF 稅金. 旅館不能提供適當的房間在先,又用威脅的語氣逼我們就範,雖事後做補償,但我仍不能接受.

Beautiful location with some incredible views and vistas. The rooms are comfortable but with hot weather outside the rooms do get quite warm and uncomfortable at night. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff super friendly. The front desk closes late morning to late afternoon which is a problem if your travel plans are delayed. The property is about a 10 minute bus ride or 20 minute walk from downtown which makes it nice a peaceful. The walk up is steep but not that bad (unless you have rolling luggage). Overall a wonderful experience!

Awesome experience staying at this hostel. The reception manager was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area. He explained the amenities and the processes of the hostel very clearly. This place also provides guests with a Grindlewald Guest Card. Extremely professional staff, great food and awesome location.

It takes a few minutes to get there by bus from the train station, and it quits running around 500, but even if you have to walk up, its OK if you're traveling light...and know the direct path. If not, just ask. Nice folks everywhere, or follow GMaps.

グリンデルワルドは急な坂が多く、ホステルは駅からは高い位置にありますので、重いスーツケースの場合は、登りはバスで向かう事

Beautiful view of the mountains. Excellent breakfast. Great games room for rhe kids.

This property was great except when I tried to check out there was no clear spot to leave your key and I had to check out 30mins earlier than when reception opened. I asked a man that came out of reception where to put it and I was subsequently yelled at. He said “can’t you see, I’m in my pajamas”. Seeing that I wasn’t asking any big favor and how was I to know he wasn't working. He could’ve just told me where to leave it and continued. Other than that, this place was great.
