I thought I was the only one in a reserved room for in my booking, it is stated, 'one room, one guest'. I am disappointed finding myself in a room where unknown people to me are also staying. I feel unsafe inside.

I would like to commend for mr. roger for being so accommodating and nice at all times contrary to a lady receptionist (name to be kept unknown/unmentioned). She has to be genuinely nice to all clients. The facilities need to be maintained. Also, the price/cost of something, e.g. room and/or extension rates, keep on changing as they converse with the clients over the phone and in person.

They never included in their term and condition that children is not allowed in their dormitory. Paid 403 already through app. Staff offered private room costing 1200 and promised to refund the money I paid for my 1st booking but never happened. We stayed at the hostel 5 to 6hrs only. Imagine paying 1600 for this. Cant help to mention. Soap and shampoo not included. Ridiculous! So upsetting!

Disappointed. I was basing the hostel through the picture and reviews that they posted on app. There were 4 bunk beds. On the picture one queen size bed and one bunk bed. It was hell. The CR is more hell. I was so tired from my flight. I went to SM Cebu right away then after that went back to the Mactan Airport. Next time I have a connecting flight id rather stay in the Airport. I tried couple of Hostels in Manila. The CR was way better than this hostel.

Place was clean. Staff was so helpful. He helped me to get a. taxi for early leaving. And the place was 10 minutes driving to the airport. All perfect!

Worst hostel ever. Toilet won't flush and when we arrived. Room is dirty. Everything is worst.

Beds are good, pillows are great. Air conditioning is okay. Comfort room is okay its quite clean. With regards to price can't complain more.

1. WiFi signal on the ground floor is so slow I had to go to the 3rd floor to connect. 2. No drinking water/bottled water available 3. I transferred to a private room but no free toiletries except for tissue paper 4. It's hard to get a cab in the area

The description should include that male and female are sharing in a dorm type room. Bathroom doors are just frosted glass sliding doors. So this is a first and definitely my last.
