Condo was great, very clean.

We love emerald resort! The elevators still need improvements but everything else was great!

The property is conveniently located with great views and beach access. It was easy to communicate with management. The condo is beautifully decorated and clean and very comfortable with a balcony facing the beach. We loved it!

The condo was very clean and met all our needs, checking in was a breeze. Overall property had a lot of renovations happening, and this was not stated anywhere when booking. Parts of the building needed to be repaired

The weather was perfect , the condo was perfect, staff and experience was just beyond. This was my 4th time at this resort, and it’s like coming home. Thank you so much

I like rooms on lower floors. Stayed on 2nd floor this time. But lots of huge cockroaches on the balcony. My daughter saw even more on the 1st floor balcony below us. They got into our beach chairs we had out there. Other than that problem, the condo was great. And we all love having a Starbucks on the property. Good parking on property. Also a large pool for my grandson. Maybe add a slide. The con is it’s across the street. We always come back to this resort and will continue to do so. But need sprayed for roaches outside.

This place was great! Clean, spacious, nice people! And most of all the most amazing view, my husband, kids and I love it! Will be back soon!

We have stayed here multiple times. Short walk to Sharkeys’ and Putt- Putt. Also like the pool for the grandkids.

I love the emerald very nice clean condo. My only complaint was the room we stayed in which was individually owned, we could not set the thermostat under 69. So if you are hot natured and like your ac cool like we do especially at night do not rent out room 1033. The master bedroom was 10 degrees warmer than it was in the rest of the condo. So we had to go out and by a box fan to blow on us at night so we wouldn’t be too hot. Other than that we had a great time.

Very comfortable stay. Check in was simple. Plenty of room for everyone. Great experience for the whole family.

We love it so much that we brought our kids and grandkid. We had a fantastic time again and want to make reservations for October.

Overpriced not as nice for money.................... broken stuff in condo

Reservation was made by a private contractor and when trying to check in no on in the hotel would help. The room was not up to date and was in need of renovation.
