One of the best stays I've had in Panama City. Extremely nice place and people always there to help

Good, clean property in resort complex. Walking distance to beach and also resort has its own 2 outdoor swimming pools

Portside was a nice resort. Loved the pools and the location was lovely. Close to the beachfront. Did not like the condo (M5) as the balconies were broken and received no communication from Panhandle Getaways until i arrived. The condo has old fans that make a lot of noise, the dinning room has old nasty furniture, the stairs had tack strips that i hit almost every time. The AC could not keep the place cool and the beds were awful. The water pressure in the shower was crazy. And the dishwasher smelled like something died in it. Pick a different unit!!

The property was just like the pictures described, very dated, so we knew what to expect. There are things that can be improved, the queen bed was very uncomfortable, it sagged in the middle; the kitchen sink sprayer has a piece that kept coming off, so you had to be careful when you used it; and the blinds in both bedrooms had a slat missing. Maintenance isn’t convenient. The fire alarm battery needed to be replaced, it was beeping from the moment we checked in, not sure how no one noticed that before we checked in. I called and was told they wouldn’t be able to fix until the next day, so take the battery out to stop the beeping. We did. After a few days it hadn’t been replaced, apparently they would stop by to replace it and we were out so they couldn’t get in. I recommend that they have an extra key for things like this.

Very deficient cleaning. Smelled bad, Poor maintenance, no communication at all with the property manager through the phone and web site requested This is NOT a resort. It’s an old house is a community. Good things: spacious, and quite neighborhood, walking distance from the beach. Panama beaches are not pet friendly. Just a very small portion on the busiest beach of the city

The bed was dirty no towels wash rags etc

buyer beware - the fees they charge are exorbitant. the price quoted per night on Hotels.com ended up TRIPLING with all the fees... it's an older complex but they do their best to keep in clean.

Loved the place. Takes dogs which is a must have in my travel. Nice are loved it!

This place was amazing, highly recommended

We enjoyed the convenience of the location. It was close to a popular, but not crowded pier and places to eat and shop. The condo was plenty of room for our group. The only complaint is the cleanliness of the condo. The could use a deep, careful cleaning. It was quite dusty.

I can’t say enough about panhandles getaways! They were THE BEST when Expedia didn’t send my reservation through. When we found ourselves 6 hours away from home with no reservation they went above and beyond to get us a bigger property. The 3 bedroom home was beautiful and just a block from the beach! We had a fabulous vacation

This place was very dirty and it had horrible staff every time we turned around there we were finding bugs dirt cobwebs the place smelled the pool was not clean I wouldn't recommend this anybody try to get someone to come clean our room somebody finally came after we had already been there two and a half days and we're very very rude
