Finding the accommodation is quite easy. The reception doesn't have staff, but they help me through the landline phone that they provide at the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable.

We stayed in a wonderful, tidy, and clean place, a calm and quiet neighborhood. They provide 3 washing machines completed with dryer. Preferable for those who are looking for a short stay in Kyoto with accessible facilities nearby

Love the apartment very much, on the location, bidet and free shuttle van service. When transferring guest from reception counter to our apartment, Resi Stay sent a man who can speak English and a lady (I guess she can't speak good English) to board into van (3 of us are lady). On the location, T11 Sanjokeihan Station Exit 1 (without lift) is the nearest to your apartment (don't need to cross road). T11 Sanjo Station Exit 2, with lift, but you need to cross the road. KH40 Sanjokeihan Station Exit 9 is at the same row of T11 Exit 1. Also, Resi Stay was very responsive to our inquiry and able to give informed info.
