飯店裡的員工都非常友善，因住宿隔天要非常早去參加tour，飯店員工貼心的留了字條告知出發時間以及打包好隔天的早餐，非常感謝!不過飯店美中不足的是地板清潔度不夠有許多灰塵，通風也不好有點異味，但總體以價格來說已經很不錯了，早餐好吃房間也大!

Just awful. The photos of the hotel on the hotels.com website do not reflect the room that we were given, nor the condition of the property. Our primary issues concerned safety hazards: > Dark and long walkway leading to our room (it was a maze to get to, the woman escorting us said "it is far"). We used our phone flashlights > Open trenches with inconsistent and uneven tiling for crossing over that we were nervous we would fall into - especially our daughter > White iron cage that was clunky and difficult to open - we had to open this to access the door to the room Door was difficult to unlock > The whole unit was dim and it was difficult to see. Some lightbuls > The living room - had sliding rug that moved when we walked on it. Once moved it exposed broken tile that we could trip on or get cut by > More iron bars in the unit > Our phone reception did not work within the unit - we had to find windows to get reception Other issues > The wifi did not work at all > Isolated and difficult to locate- the road leading to property had one gate that was locked at all times, and we eventually learned we had to drive all the way around the neighborhood to get to a gate that was opened. > Dirty and dingy. We felt like we were in a jail. We left within 45 minutes (the time it took us to get enough reception to reach hotels.com and then book another property). I've asked for a refund; we didn't get what we paid for & we didn't stay. I don't recommend Aerotropolis.

A great place to stay near the airport if you're connecting to another flight the next day. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area and your desired needs. The breakfast was wonderful and was prepared with care. Thank you and will stay here again and recommend the hotel. The grounds are also fantastic and pleasant to the eyes.

The reservation included pickup and drop-off from the airport, dinner on request and a nice breakfast. Very pleasant setting, lovely gardens around the rooms, friendly staff.

We were here for an overnight after long flights on our way to Botswana. It proved to be a very easy pick up from the airport, a very comfortable room, friendly competent staff, and good food. We are going to stay again and we reccomend it.

Lovely place, including pool and area around. Staff was very sweet and helpful. Initially the communication was poor, so it was difficult getting a shuttle. Otherwise, good place to be.

Staff was very accommodating and even waited till late so i can check in as my flight was delayed by 4 hours. The breakfast was very good considering the price and its well priced.

Stayed for one night on a Saturday night. It was very noisy until around 2 o'clock in the morning – not sure if the noise was coming from others outside at the hotel or an adjoining property. Hotel would have benefited from a few more small amenities, such as more towels and a bathmat for the bathroom, and air conditioning, The staff was very currently and helpful.

Very quiet and secluded place, boasts a unique look and pleasant atmosphere with so much space for outside activities

The lodge is conveniently situated near the hotel in Kempton Park, within a secure and safe compound. What truly stands out are the exceptional staff members: the wonderful Zintle at reception, Sister Joyce in the kitchen, and Justice, the driver. You'll also appreciate the delicious food and the serene, beautiful environment that is just a stone's throw away from the airport. Worth the visit qnd highly recommended.

Séjour agréable dans la chambre familiale très confortable et décorée avec goût. Tout le personnel est charmant et très serviable. Proche de l’aéroport. Navette gratuite et très pratique (appel ou message whats’app à l’arrivée). Wifi excellent. Très bonne adresse pour faire escale ou explorer la région.

A very convenient place close to the airport. We planned on staying 2 nights but ended up staying 4. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was great. We have already booked to stay again.

We stayed on 3 seperate nights on our travel. Very convenient to the airport, first night we used the great shuttle service from and back to airport, easy trip about 10mins max. Other 2 stays we drove ourselves, felt safe doing that. A small mall and restaurants close by. Gated with security area, premise is gated, all felt safe. Room was clean, newly refurbished, water hot, bed and linen great, all very comfy. Cooked breakfast to order lovely. Grounds and premises kept well. Staff are doing a great job. Thank you all, see you next time we fly. Great value for money, wil recommend.

The people are awesome. Sinclair at the front desk and Justice, the airport transfer driver were both awesome. Both of them went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We will stay there again and recommend the place to anyone.
