Not good. I already book and pay for 2 nights but I decide to move to another hotel near here after I stay just only 1 night. I lose 1 night but its ok for my mental health. The room is small but clean. The receptionist is not good, I think they need some vacation or training or perhaps additional salary to make them give better service to the customers. Its about hospitality industry, if you don't want to help your customer please give them at least a smile ☺, they want to stay at your hotel, not at your jail. The lobby is so dark that give negative aura/vibes. Feels like stay at a hotel in horror movie 🙈. You need to re-layout your lobby to get a lot of opportunities ☺. Good luck with your hotel 🤩.
