Nice place and comfort hotel but little bit small and difficult to find entrance and signboard.

Basic accommodation for budget

The place was alright, but could use some tlc. Our main issue was not being able to open the window because it was painted shut. It was very hot and there is not air conditioning, which is understandable in an old building. It would have been nice to have fresh air.

Town centre location, secure car park and clean room. Did not have breakfast but it was available at an additional cost. Would recommend.

Clean and adequate but needs updating. Very tired looking. Large crack in bathroom sink and poor shower. Clean bath towels but no hand towel provided or bath mat. We arrived in hot weather for 4 days with only a mobile air con unit in a large room, proper wall mounted units would be a benefit as our weather is getting warmer each year.

Nice big room, not too hot despite no air con (31 degree heatwave). Convenient parking in Andover town centre near pubs etc, quiet room (at the rear), great breakfast!

Stopped in the hotel for a couple of nights at the beginning of July. The room 111 was huge and the fan was powerful and very useful. The room was clean and I can not fault in any way. Add to this a great cooked breakfast, central location and free parking, I could not recommend high enough. I'd certainly not look elsewhere.

Large room overlooking the town pedestrianised zone, so noisy at night. Facing south the room needed the portable cooling unit which was effective but negated the double glazing from a noise perspective. Good value and safe parking at the premises.

Het ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid. Er waren verschillende soorten vers fruit, warme gerechten en nog veel meer. Erg vriendelijk personeel. De kamer was heel klein en warm. We hadden een piep klein raam daardoor kwam er weinig frisse lucht binnen. De matras was smal en oud. Je voelt de veren erdoor komen. Ik zou niet meer terug gaan naar dit hotel.

There was plenty of parking and room was adjacent to tge car park, very handy. Beds were very comfortable and the towels were very good A perfect location for a one night stop over

For an old building it's fine , lady on reception was very helpful and made sure we had a quiet room as we were travelling quite a way.

Breakfast selection was excellent.Coffee was terrible. no second cup of coffee offered. we saw the hotel from the street. a sign with an arrow said parking for the hotel.we fpllowed this instruction 3 times. we went back to the high street and parked in a disabled space. we went into the hotel and the receptionist came out and opened the adjoining gate so we could park in hotel parking.Receptionist was good.Coffee and milk provision in room could have been better. provision of bath sheets only is wasteful.

Fairly well maintained, older property. Helpful staff, good breakfast.

The staff were really helpful and looked after us well. Hotel is in good location and about half an hour drive to Salisbury and Stone Hedge. The free parking helps. The hotel can do with TLC

The room we were put in was lovely and quiet. Staff were all really friendly. Plenty of parking once you locate the car park. Lovely place to stay

The shower kept switching between v cold & v hot. Useless. The room needs refurbishment.

Clean room with everything we needed. Good breakfast and free parking right in the town centre.
