Motel staff went above and beyond to help us. The room was laid out differently than most - and much better!!! A great place to stay.

The room was clean and tidy. Toilet is separate from bathroom which is great. Although outdated the shower and bathroom were very clean.

Property, although very old, was surprisingly great. Room was relatively small but all facilities worked perfectly. King bed was very comfortable, big TV (only with local channels) was good and easy to operate. Hot water was almost instantenous in the shower with good pressure. Enough room for a couple of nights stay at a property of good value close to both performing arts theatres in Bendigo and city restaurants. :-)

For the price the room was fine but appears something out of the 1960s.

Located directly across from the Oval, we could walk into town. Really nice staff, good messaging on App. Bedding was super clean and we both slept really well. Thanks

Clean room, parking available

Very small room and tight space. Aged facilities, lack of fly screen in bathroom and toilet so be prepared to encounter mosquito. light outside room is too bright and affects sleep at night. Parking spot a but challenging to navigate.

Positives: The room has kettle, cutlery, plates and bowls etc, mugs, glasses, mini fridge and microwave. No stove or pots/pans. Also has a TV and reverse cycle air con. Lots of brochures for local dining. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding. The room decor is colourful and simple. Price point was very good! Negative: The room was NOT clean. So much dust etc behind the side tables and beds, we were sneezing and all feel congested. The towels were larger in size, but are very well worn. Parking was convenient (right outside or room), but they have a parking space for one of the rooms (28) that almost completely blocks the entry and exit to the parking lot. It was very hard to get the temperature right for the shower, when you adjust it so that it's not burning hot, there is no water pressure. The water in the bathroom sink either comes out full burst, splashing everywhere, or not at all and will go between spurting out the water then shutting off. There is a LOT of traffic noise at night with trucks etc going by.

Charge for early check in was extortion. Not impressed at all. Room had odd smell. Thin walls, heard other guests outside. Will not stay again.

The staff at the hotel were polite. The room had everything that I needed. But the room was cramped. I slept on the side of the bed next to the sofa. It had an extra cover, as the cushions underneath were stained. This cover was left unfixed, so the strings were left hanging by the sofa. When I was getting out of bed, because this sofa cover was not fixed, I sometimes trips over the dangling ends. Especially as there was only a small amount of room between the bed and the sofa. About 8 inches.

Happy with the accommodation, but disappointed they no longer offer breakfast despite it being advertised, as the old-style breakfast delivered to the room through the small breakfast door was a novelty of staying here, along with the breakfast being a good feed.

Room was small and bathroom was old, however it met my needs. Bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in for years. Air Conditioner was effective and quite and TV was very large which was great. Super affordable and convenient location 5 minute drive to either hospital. Sporting facilities and aquatic centre is a 2 minute walk. Also Rosland park is an 5-10 minute easy walk

Shower small for someone with broad shoulders.

Very Clean room at a reasonable price - there was no towel in there but no biggie as I was on my own

Fridge stank

It was great for and overnight stay. Had a massive spider in my water glass so got spooked. Unlucky!

A small Room that was was clean with a comfortable large bed.. great position close to food & entertainment . Although the motel was very busy it was still very quiet.. good value for money
