good location. friendly staff. neat. but the room lighting is too dim.

We arrived in the evening and the room didn’t have towels. I was told that it won't be available for till the morning. Long argument with the receptionist and what made it worst when they offer comforter to use and I said no way in the hell I would use it so they gave me a used towel. See photo! Which made it so much worst! I spoke with the manager alvin who is off duty. He knows this incident. Fresh towel came almost midnight as they had to go get it from the laundry shop. It was a very stressful experience for us.

The room is spacious and clean. Hot shower working properly. AC in good condition. Though, the tv reception isn't that good, but overall, the accommodation is great. The staff were accommodation. I arrived in the evening. Checkout was smooth. Staff very efficient. Location is perfect as it's in the city center. Pleasant experience!

Just within the heart of the city. Accessible to all and they have elevator so it's not hard to go up to your room.

Our trip was rescheduled and I tried to reschedule our booking too, but it wasn't allowed.

My stay was overall good! Maybe the only thing that bothered me was that the curtain for the window, in the room I stayed in, did not fully cover the window. Which kinda made me a bit scared. What if people might see through the window. But other than that, everything was fine.

Rate is affordable. Spacious room & friendly staff. The room is outdated. Need to freshen up wallpaper to make the room brighter and not as drab. Bathroom sink is clogged. Walking distance to restos & cafes. A “pedicab” ride to points of interests within the city.

Nice and clean room. Proximity to the city, church, malls, market and transport terminals. Friendly and accommodating staff. Affordable price. WiFi sometimes fails but fixed fast to cater to its clients. Overall, worth coming back to stay. Next time vacation.

It was the best so far and I love the front desk people If ever given the chance to stay at a hotel in Dumaguete again, I will still want to be with OBI
