Very good experience to me and my husband for our 10th anniversary. The staffs are professional and nice. The breakfast is delicious.

Good service and Environment so quiet, the Onsen have 2 area, one in outside. Event the area is long distance with Gero station, they have free taxi to their hotel around 2:00 to 4:00pm. In the morning, if you check out and go back to Gero station, they also have free taxi for you. In next time, I will go back.

在2020/1/27入住。即使以每個月旅遊並住宿的經驗，川上屋 水花亭依然提供了最好的旅遊體驗。非常精緻乾淨的房間，良好的服務。房間少但因此房客不多，安靜並能好好享受溫泉。食物比美米其林等級。川上屋 水花亭能納入米其林推薦，實實在在。如果再去飛驒附近，仍然會選擇這裡住宿。

I had a very good time to stay in this hotel. They provided very details service. You can see every details in every where. I enjoy the breakfast and dinner. Very thoughtful and details.

服務態度好及到位, 環境優美, 早晚餐非常好

너무 친절하시고 방도 너무 좋았어요. 온천탕도 개인탕 예약도 됐고 대중욕탕도 혼잡하지 않아서 더 좋았습니다! 식사 또한 개별방에서 코스요리로 나와서 정말 맛있고 편안하게 먹을 수 있었어요. 역에서 좀 멀지만 역과 호텔 사이 택시를 무료로 이용할 수 있어서 많이 걸을 필요가 없습니다! 게로 푸딩 같은 곳은 도보로 10분 정도면 갈 수 있어서 불편함 없었어요ㅎㅎ

청결하진 않았습니다. 코다이 옆 담요에 머리카락이 엉겨있네요. 직원들은 친절했고 식사도 훌륭했습니다. 다만 노천탕 사이즈는 조금 작아서 아쉽습니다

スタッフに写真撮影をお願いしたけど、1枚撮って「確認お願いします」も言わず、スマホを無言で返された。笑顔が全くなく、品物も荒々しく置いていた。全てのスタッフがそういう態度ではなかったけど、1人の対応が評価を下げてしまう。夜食のおにぎりは最高に美味しかった。

A genuinely unique and special experience. We had a room with private outdoor soaking tub and it was well worth the extra cost to have the memorable experience. The dinner provided was luxurious and memorable as well.

料理、スタッフ、部屋、露天風呂全て素晴らしい。

食事が絶品です。素材、味、ボリューム、すべてにおいて満足できます。

洋室に宿泊。新しくセンスの良い室内で、家族4人ゆったり快適に過ごせた。置かれた飛騨家具も良かった。部屋風呂も広く、温泉も出て良かった。
