The room is nicely decorated and the staff are friendly. But one thing to note, it’s not in the city centre. You have to take bus or metro to the city centre, taking around 30-45 mins. Btw, the bus service in London is quite stable and convenient.

This hotel experience was absolutely horrible and unacceptable. From the unsafe conditions, holes in the walls, and the uncleanliness of the room, I immediately felt that my safety was at risk. The situation became even more concerning when I arrived to check in and used the door code provided, only to open the door and find someone already inside the room sitting on the bed with only a towel on. This was extremely alarming and made me The question what could have happened if the person inside had harmful intentions. I am an African American male traveling in another country, and this situation was already frightening and unsettling. I cannot help but think about how much more alarming this could have been if the traveler had been a female, especially a white female traveling alone, and was placed in this same situation. Due to these serious safety concerns, I was forced to leave and book another hotel, which resulted in an unexpected additional expense that I had not planned for. What was most disappointing was the lack of concern and support from Expedia when I reported the situation. I received no sense of urgency, sympathy, or assistance regarding a matter involving my personal safety. I am requesting that this issue be taken seriously and that Expedia review this situation, including reimbursement for the additional costs I incurred because I had to relocate for my safety.

Clean modern room with a small fan and soap / shower gel supplied. Unfortunately no tea and coffee facilities in the room although there was a lounge downstairs with an honesty box. I just needed a cup so I’m not sure if the tea or coffee was charged for. It was supposed to be unmanned but the staff were there and helped me check in and a missing remote. The remote didn’t help much though a so the signal for the tv was bad. I had my iPad and connected to the free internet no problem. All in all a comfortable stay.

Great place to stay 10 minute walk to Peckham Town centre and 10 minute walk to tube, also on a main bus route. Clean well kept room, very decent price if booked using their website. Free tea and coffee in the lounge area. Free fast wifi and televisions.

Nice place

You have to pay a security deposit of £250 on top of a cleaning fee of £150. We left the property spotless and the later claimed there was something on one of the doubts, not the douvet cover so they had to incur extra cleaning charges. They provided a singular picture which was unclear. I asked various questions and for more evidence to justify the spurious claim. They then came back with we don’t take lots of pictures of things like this and went on to claim we had been moving bedding from bed to bed. I’m one of two professionals that were staying there and we treated the property respectfully and left it spotless. They used these claims to refuse return of our deposit without evidencing.

I do not know why it is called a room when it is so small ! They should call it a Bed because that all what you get, a bed that you cannot stand by it side since what is called a room is so small.

Clean room good location

It’s was a good one night stay.

The room and shower room were grubby. The toilet cistern leaked and auto-refilled every minute throughout the night. The room was tiny and downstairs was noisy until near midnight (not that that mattered too much as the toilet refilling kept me awake most of the night). No one on hand to inform about the issues

The property was well situated for our stay and the price was good as it is a low budget property. Some attention is needed around the cleanliness of the bathroom. The room itself was clean with clean bedding and towels. Sadly being on the ground floor next to the road meant the noise from the traffic was loud as well as the noise from others in the hotel closing the door and walking around. As they no longer do a cooked breakfast we went elsewhere

The hotel was amazing. We was in room number four and I will be going back there again because the service was brilliant.

A basic but clean room. If you are hoping for a quiet nights sleep, this is not the place for you! Constant traffic and sirens throughout the night. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, you have to walk to the kitchen in the basement. Close to shops and transport links. The biggest letdown- I booked this property as it advertises that it has parking. It does not…. Had to park a ten min walk away.
