When we arrived there to check in, we were told our booking didn't exist. The new owner said that he bought the business like a month ago and wasn't notified of our booking. I asked him for wifi password to connect to show him our booking details and even after asking 3 times we were not given wifi password and just told that the previous owner didn't give all those passwords. What a sh** excuse. A lousy owner who doesn't understand english and doesn't know how to do business. Their rooms and kitchen is filthy dirty but because we didn't have anywhere else to go on that saturday night we had no option but to take the rooms he agreed to give which was after debating that they got our money, now not wanting to give any rooms. Advice to anyone wanting to book this hotel, please don't waste your money on this hotel. Spend a little bit more and get another clean and decent hotel.
