214房间有霉菌，湿度也很大。WiFi信号非常不稳定，根本没法看Netflix。早餐味道平淡，分量也很少。房间里的桌子太高，没法用笔记本电脑。

工作人员很友好，乐于助人，酒店和房间都很干净。

The services that this hotel offers are really good. The receptionists are available 24/7, so you can check in at any time. Also, if you nearly miss breakfast, the restaurant staff will call you to remind you. Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Bali for a holiday.

Pelayannya baik-baik dan ramah, makanan dan restorannya enak banget, chef-nya masak dan suasana hotelnya tenang.

It was a lovely stay. The room was great and clean. The staff were super nice and accommodating, especially Dewi, who guided us for the check-in. She remembers that we have to check out super early to catch the boat to Nusa Penida and gave us the “go to” breakfast, which is giving extra miles vibes! Thanks!

The check in was delayed and the front desk was lying to us. Booking over the app, check-in time 14:00h, the front desk said at 14:20h they need another half an hour to prepare the room. At 15:15h we came back, waiting in a bar. At 15:30h we finally could go into the room. The floor was wet and the beds were still dirty from previous guests. Safety box not ready. Ugly smell from Guests just checked out before. The housekeeping team did not change the covers of bed and pillows, we have found hairs and body fluids. The shower head in the bathtub was not working. The aircon, even on lowest setting: 16deg C, Full fan power, was not able to cool the room down. We had to leave the place at 23:00h because the room was just far too hot! At that hour, all the other rooms seemed to be booked, we gave up and were moving into a better hotel. Besides, the Margaritas from the bar were very strange in taste, we are experts ;-) No taste of any original Tequila. But in general, besides the front desk, the staff was very friendly and tried their best to overcome the troubles of a rundown, badly maintained place, with a clear lack of good management. The strategic position of the hotel is the perfect location in the heart of Sanur. Trust me, I am an old-timer in Tourism business with many years of experience. Regards.

Me and my family really really have a pleasant stay at Akana, will def come back again soon! Hotel dirawat dengan baik, ruang kamar bersih beserta seluruh equipmentnya, fasilitas dalam kamar semua berfungsi dengan baik, kasur nyaman, hotel dekat dengan pantai dan main area disanur jadi bisa jalan kaki atau dpinjam sepeda yang disediakan oleh hotel. Best partnya adalah pelayanan yang super super super memuaskan dari seluruh staff yang bertugas. Terus pertahankan servicenya ya semoga selalu memuaskan. Thankyou Akana.

Pluses: Spacious room, good location, clean. The rest are so so or not so good. No parking space (like, at all), water tends to be smelly on rainy days (probably sewer contamination), poor Wifi (which I believe is very important these days).

Resepsionis nya kalo malam lampunya agak gelap. Staff nya ramah helpful. Ada gratis peminjaman sepeda. Tempat parkir pinggir jalan. Harga hotel terjangkau. Kamar lumayan bersih.

The hotel itself can be improve. Eg. The room door, lights and bathtub. However, the hotel staffs are really really friendly, helpful and spontaneous. Staying at this place is still great because it is near cafes, spas and the beach, allowing me to catch the beautiful sunset. Will be more than happy to come back again.

Sebenarnya hotelnya enak tapi mungkin karena pandemi service nya jadi berkurang. AC tidak dingin wifi bermasalah, kolam renang juga kotor. Tapi pelayanannya bagus, kamarnya bersih staffnya ramah dan cekatan. Semoga segera selesai pendemi ini. Agar pariwisata segera pulih.

Room is decent, quite strategic location.

Staffnya baik tapi kayak kurang pro huhu, apa-apa jawabnya “nanti saya tanya senior saya dulu ya”, mobil saya parkir ngalangin mobil lain ga ada yang bisa mindahin padahal udah titip kunci di resepsionis. Jadinya lagi istirahat keganggu. Lokasi strategis, apalagi kalau mau ke nusa penida.

Begitu datang parkir sempit hanya untuk dua mobil sehingga harus parkir di jalan, kunci kamar pada rusak sehingga harus menunggu lama untuk ganti kamar lain sampai 3 x pindah kamar, tidak ada persiapan bahwa ada tamu yang bakal check in. Tidak cocok untuk bintang 4, memang sih harga murah karena pandemi tapi mbok ya persiapan pengecekan kunci kunci kamar, kamar terakhir ac tidak dingin tapi saya capek untuk pindah lagi. Jadi diam saja. Tidak akan kesana lagi. Ohya kolam renang nya kecil.
