The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the lively Casco Viejo district. Museums, restaurants, shops, and the waterfront are all within easy walking distance. There was always something happening in the square across from the hotel entrance, from live music to graduation celebrations and photography sessions, making the area feel vibrant and full of energy. The breakfast staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, juices, and a made-to-order omelet station, making it a great way to start the day. The biggest drawback, and the reason I would hesitate to stay here again, was the noise. The rooms offer very little sound insulation. We could clearly hear full conversations from the room next door, and children were running through the hallways well past midnight. The rooms also overlook an atrium where music played late into the evening. Unfortunately, what surprised us most was being awakened at 2:00 a.m. by hotel staff vacuuming. The vacuum ran for about 30 minutes, and it was loud enough that I checked the clock because I couldn't believe housekeeping was vacuuming in the middle of the night. If you're looking for a hotel in the center of all the action, the location and service are excellent. However, if you're a light sleeper or value a quiet night's rest, you may want to consider choosing a different property.

Great gym with all you need and great housekeeping. Beautiful lobby with live music each day throughout. Jorge and Barbara and Sandra are excellent and very detailed and accommodating. Great singing by Giovanni. Amazing boutique sized pool with stunning view. Great food at the hotel.

Solo traveler, 2 nights (July 2026). Perfect location on Plaza de la Catedral — everything in Casco Viejo is walkable from the door. My original room had one of the half-height windows (historic building quirk — they feel closed-in); the front desk moved me immediately to a ground-floor room with a private patio. Excellent service. The included breakfast buffet is outstanding and varied, plus complimentary welcome wine, lobby espresso, and a quiet rooftop pool with Cathedral views. Tip: request a full window and avoid plaza-facing rooms on weekends. Exceptional value — would stay again without hesitation.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was very poor. The staff was unfriendly, unprofessional, and did not seem to care about the guests' concerns. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, I felt like I was being ignored instead of helped. Good customer service is one of the most important parts of any hotel experience, and unfortunately, this hotel completely failed in that regard. Another major issue was the excessive noise throughout the hotel. The walls seemed to be very thin, and I could constantly hear people talking, doors slamming, and noise from the hallways and surrounding rooms, even late at night. Because of this, I was unable to get a proper night's sleep, which made my stay very uncomfortable. The bathroom was also in unacceptable condition. It was not clean when I arrived, and it looked poorly maintained. A clean and sanitary bathroom is something every guest should expect, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. The lack of cleanliness made me question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Between the poor customer service, the constant noise, and the unacceptable cleanliness, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many other places that provide much better service and a far more comfortable stay. I would not choose to stay here again.

Hotel location is great, however, rooms are very noisy till late at night. Also rooms are super small and fridge and snacks are in the bathroom, which is pretty weird. Generally it was ok but more of a 4-star than a 5 -star hotel. Breakfast is nice,

Se pasó mal no se pudo dormir debido a unas persona teniendo una fiesta en el lobby no se fueron hasta las 2 am se le llamó a recepción a la 1am y no fue hasta las 2am que q terminaron la fiesta

We appreciated the historical side of the building. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is excellent for exploring the old city. The room was a little bare. The windows were to high to see out of. We could not adjust the AC it was on or off, so it got really cold. The shower leaked badly on the floor. Overall we were glad we stayed.

Check-in staff lacked motivation to assist in checking in. Staff lacked courtesy skills. I reported coffee maker did not work twice. The second time they picked it up and returned it. It still did not work. No effort was made to help. This is the same response from front desk staff. Room cleaning was ok but inconsistent with cleaning areas. My stay was ten days. The location is ideal and enjoyed the access to Casco and the main plaza. I would not stay there again.
