This is a great place to stay if visiting the area. Great location, its a short drive to Warwick and Kenilworth castles, and Stoneleigh Abbey. Perfect to nip around as you please. Clean and spacious rooms, a nice comfy bed, and all the space you need. Really nice bathrooms, for some reason overlooked in some hotels. It was clean with a large and very nice walk in shower (a very nice shower gel and conditioner provided) However, don't pay for breakfast. It really was the big letdown. Having recently stayed at another hotel for a similar price, the break was a meek offering of some cerals and a small offering of cooked options to pick from. 1 member of staff unenthusiasically, let us know what food was where and that was it. Having recently spent a similar amount of money at a hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon, it was clear that this place has a lot to learn on the breakfast front.

Clean and comfortable. Swimming pool facilities good with children’s area, small sauna, large steam room and jacuzzi and towels provided. Breakfast was absolutely fine but not a huge choice and some items had run out by 9am and didn’t appear to being replaced. Would recommend especially if a golfer. Swimming pool closing mid August for some refurbishment.

Excellent out of town venue for relatives attending Warwick University Graduation ceremonies. Clean rooms, excellent beds and good bathrooms. Average breakfast but helpful service. It’s a really busy spa and sports club with lots of children attending (start of summer holidays) but we never got chance to try the facilities as we were at the Uni. Not cheap but excellent parking and good security. Our only problem was very poor Wifi in our room and when it rained reception had no umbrellas to loan out

Reception staff efficient, our room was lovely and spacious. Went to eat in the bar, was put off by grubby tables and lack of service so moved to club bar which was far better. Food simple but good. Breakfast was good but service was poor as had to keep asking them to refill hot food, orange juice and then coffee machine, which an obvious thing to keep doing ??

Overall the hotel is fine but it is definitely more of a leisure / golf destination first than a hotel. The facilities are good. The golf course looks amazing. The view from the restuarant /terrace is stunning. However we were allocated four rooms - three were fine but one looked out over the hotel's dirty laundry area - which was rammed with dirty laundry and laundry cages up against the window - we have never experienced a view like that before in a hotel. Such a shame as it did dampen the whole experience. We did speak to the hotel reception but they were not particularly receptive to the feedback. They said if we had complained earlier they would have moved us - but then why allocate such a bad room in the first place? Our advice is don't stay here if you are expecting a 4* hotel experience and if you are allocated room 14 then ask to be moved.

We had a lovely room with air conditioning, great bathroom with excellent walk in shower. Shame the hair & shower gel was empty.

Fab spa, gym and swimming pool included in the night’s rate! Loved it. Also really friendly helpful staff.

Fitness club with hotel rooms

Exceptional quality stay, very very clean, quiet, tasteful and comfortable. Only thing to note, is that the staff do not readily offer information e.g. simple reception info like where the wifi code is, what time the pool opens and closes, what time breakfast is/and where - or reminder of the exit code. No one serving at breakfast or letting you know you can order different eggs from then already laid out buffet. They were helpful and really nice when asked, but a bit of a chore when you go to leave and have to go back to get the carpark code. It's actually written on the keycard envelope, but i handed that in so didn't have it. Prob more my fault than anything. Maybe just a training issue I think, but all good, and would deffo stay again.

Generally, our stay was enjoyable. However, we had problems with the shower having no hot water so my wife wasn’t able to have a shower until 10 o’clock that evening following our evening out. I’m myself put up with a cold water shower.

Was an amazing break, some idiot decided it was funny banging hard on everyone's door at 1:30am (that hard that it sounded like the door was going to come in) which then made my wife unable to sleep for the rest of the evening as it worried her, not the hotels fault at all but it did ruin the stay as my wife was too tired to enjoy the following day! that was the only negative I could give

Great place to stay as a family base for Warwick castle. Would also be an excellent place for a 2 rounds/1 nighter for a golf stay as well with a group of mates.

Room was v comfortable and exactly suited to our needs. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Bit disappointed that the restaurant was not available on either night of our stay plus the easter roast was cancelled due to demand, that shouldn't be the case. Pool availability was fine, we had a great couple of days playing and swimming in the pool. Even took time iut in the jacuzzi and steam room Overall, a v good weekend
