The room is new, big and comfortable. It provides hairdryer too!

A good location especially for those who are taking a morning tourist bus to Pokhara: it takes 5 mins to walk from the hotel to the tourist bus station. Good service: they helped me to get a bus ticket to Pokhara. Since I had to leave before 7 (before breakfast time) they prepared me a toast and fried egg. Cleanliness is ok: there were some old stains in bed sheets. Shower was quite good: there was hot water and pressure was good enough.

Just a follow-up review on my previous review on my one-night stay before spending my weekend in Pokhara - the hotel was overbooked and they arranged for me to stay in another hotel owned by the same owner. After my stay in Pokhara, I finally got to stay in this hotel and can provide an actual review on this hotel. My experience is excellent! I booked the Deluxe Twin Room - the room looks exactly the same as shown in the photo. The room is spacious and clean, have been having hot showers the past 20 nights with their electric water heater (can even be scorching hot if you want it!), AC working perfectly, no flies in the bathroom... This hotel definitely is comparable to the 3-star hotel I have stayed in Pokhara. The staff here is also very friendly and helpful. Made me feel at home every morning and evening! Learnt a lot of Nepali from them! Definitely recommend every one to stay here as it is definitely worth the price!

妥当なホテルの値段です。ただ、最初にホテルの予約をお知らせすると準備してなかったので、一回は違うホテルに案内して泊まる事がありました。スタッフの対応も良くて、色々相談にのってくれます。

The place was overbooked so we were asked to stay at another “hotel” nearby. But the room was not in a good condition: there were holes on the wooden floor, and no hot water supply. Luckily the weather allows a ice cold shower as an alternative cooling method. Both the pillow and the mattress were on the extremely soft side. So we did not have a restful and comfortable stay. Nonetheless, the service was outstanding - we checked in late due to delay in flight and had to set off early for Pokhara, yet the staffs were welcoming and accommodated our requests. But this might not be a fair review, as I did not actually stay in Kathmand Mantra Home. I also booked this place for the coming month, and will submit my review afterwards!

The property was amazing, whether in terms of location or the services. The team at hotel were ready to help us in all possible ways. The hospitality that you get for money what you pay, no other hotel can beat that in that area. I wish to stay with same guys in near future.

The staff at this property really make your stay great. They go above and beyond to help you! The rooms are comfortable and for the price it can't be beat. The breakfast is also excellent. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to fellow budget travelers.

My third time staying here. Staff is tremendous, helpful and friendly my Nice breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Rooms have plenty of space, no daily room service, hot water was good as was the water pressure. Can be a bit noisy at night when shops close their roll down metal does and in the morning when they open up. Back rooms are quieter but you'll still hear the stray dogs barking during the night (I swear that one of them is there SAME dog who was there 2 years ago!). The staff can arrange trips from Kathmandu as well as airport transport which they did for me which avoids the ambiguity of taxi pricing as the hotel charges a fixed price and you pay the hotel. Location is in Thamel on a slightly less chaotic street meat many shops and restaurants. Incredible

Staff was great. Location in the Thamel district is central near lots of shops and restaurants. Breakfast is good with eggs comes to order. A great value. Rooms in the back are somewhat quieter.

Nice hotel with excellent friendly and helping staff. Tasty and hygienic breakfast.Reasonanble rates with all the necessary amenities .Family environment,safe to stay, near to temples,restaurants and market.Taxi easily available ,Overall we liked this hotel .

Rooms are large and well equipped but in need of updating. Staff seemed confused but manager was very efficient. Be early for breakfast coz it's not replenished.

Great location, comfortable room and best shower

This hotel is in a great spot in the middle of Thamel, meaning all shops and restaurants are within a few metres of the doorstep. Having said that, it is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to ensure a quiets night sleep. Room was spotless and great value for money and staff were amazing too. So good that we have booked to stay here again for our return to Kathmandu
