Everything was too good. Very nice complimentary buffet breakfast. Reception is on first floor but directional boards are not available on ground floor.

Room not provided by the hotel staff

The reception is on the 1st floor and there are no sign boards anywhere. It was confusing at first because I went around not finding anyone. Then the AC in the room was not working. I had to change twice. But the staff was helpful and took prompt action.
