the traffic not good

Need a car to hotel. Kind of far away from bus stop and is uphill. Very country feel. Good to stay without noisy. Chef is good and food is delicious. Room is not very clean. Need some hooks in toilet and bathing area.

まずは、想像した以上にすごいところにありました。 急な坂道を10分弱登り続け、狭めの石段を上りさらに螺旋階段を上がった先にフロントでした。 ほとんどのスタッフさんが海外の方でしたが、言葉遣いや所作も丁寧で迅速でした。食事中も常にスタッフさんがいるので空いたお皿をサッと下げてくれたり、ビールやご飯のおかわりもしやすかったですし、ご飯も夜も朝も本当に豪華だったので、高級レストランにいるような感覚でした。細かいところの清掃と他の口コミにありますが、私達的には許容範囲で強いて言えば芳香剤の香りがどの部屋も強く感じるかなくらいです。総合的には各地の日本人スタッフが多くいるホテルよりスタッフさんの対応もよく、部屋のアメニティもクレンジングと化粧水乳液の他にボディミルクやヘアミルクもあり豊富で満足でした。

駐車場・歩道等が整備されていない

外国のスタッフさんが対応して下さりましたが、非常に丁寧に接客してくださり、気持ちよく宿泊することが出来ました。 ただ泊まった部屋のお風呂を楽しみにしてたんですが、網戸の外に大きな蜂の巣が出来ていて怖かったです。 それ以外はベッドも広く寝る際も凄く心地よかったです。

部屋付き露天風呂は快適で、お部屋も良かったです。 そして、ご飯はオプションで付けるべき！ 味もボリュームもコスパ最高です！！ また、来たいです。

フロントへの電話がつながりにくいのが少し残念だったけど、他は問題なく静かにのんびりと過ごせた。部屋のお風呂も良かったです。

I really liked the onsen and the in room onsen. The property area seems kind of dangerous if it snows but it’s in a nice somewhat secluded place. Wish it had mover of a view from my room when using the in room onsen.

Staff were extremely cordial. Getting to the accommodation via public transport can be a bit of a penance as you can either take a bus or a taxi however i found taking the bus to be the only option as there were limited taxis in the area and waited roughly 10mins to find one. Upon leaving the bus stop you'll find yourself walking up multiple hills to finally reach your destination. I strongly recommend bringing a car. A decent stay overall.

手のひらくらいの蜘蛛が出ました。 クレームではないですが、周りが森なので仕方ないかなと思います。泊まる方は要注意かと。

Unless you have a car this property is not ideal. As well staff were unwilling to let us into the restaurant and charged us extra after our stay to use the Onsen

駐車した途端にお迎えの方が登場。電気自動車で坂上の建物入り口まで乗せてもらいチェックイン。従業員の方はとても丁寧でした。外国生まれと聞きましたが、敬語丁寧かつ全て任せられる安心感ありました。食事は研修会の晩餐イメージの種類ですが、出来立てをタイミングを相談してくださって配膳され美味しくいただきました。値段以上と思いました。部屋は２人なら狭いですが1人旅なら部屋に温泉風呂あり、快適です。 難点は、ゆったり散歩には急すぎる斜面に位置する事、空調の音が大きすぎたこと。

大浴場の男湯ロッカーの鍵が回らず開閉に苦労した

食事がもう少し豪華な方が良いと思います。

It started strangely as we arrived to the building and rang the doorbell and called out. Nobody answered, though we could hear voices. Then someone finally came we saw that they were sitting about 3 feet away as we knocked and rang the bell. We selected these accommodations because many others were booked, and this was one of the only listed with a restaurant. As we checked in we were informed you have

The place could use a little update and cleaning but the food and services make up on what it’s lacking. The room we selected was large and it’s nice to have a large bathtub. The entrance is a little steep and if taking public transportation like us the walk into the property is uphill (dark at night with little lightning in the area)

客室風呂が最高でした。 掃除がもうすこし細部に行き届いていれば 満点です。

駐車場からホテル迄の坂が非常にきつく、年寄りには無理です

とにかく汚い

もう少し部屋の隅々まで清掃するといいと思います。 例えば窓ガラス、窓レール、部屋の隅っこ。大きな蜘蛛も居ました。
